Risk because of the guys who frisk.

Welcome everybody I'm Liz MacDonald in for Neil Cavuto and if you thought the TSA it was bad now.

Just wait until it gets unionized and it is getting -- because transportation security agents just the ones who made this child cry.

Well they just reach an agreement to do just that for the first time ever to be unionized.

And now look more shenanigans like -- -- kids and older folks in wheelchairs continue and they will.

Do not expect them to be severely punished Brett McMahon and Miller.

She says now but he does know they'd likely will not be terminated because a unionized you're even bigger trouble at the terminal Brett what do you say that.

Well we stated over and over again -- -- take a look at for example teachers unions as.

As kind of the prime offender here I mean they.

They still have people been accused of in some cases.

Convicted of you know child sexual acts and things like that that there -- still on the payroll.

And it's a you know it's kind of an endemic problem when you can't be fired there's no initiative there's no reason -- -- You -- same reason that.

Generals always complain about the idea of having a draft you know you know we have all volunteer army morale as -- initiative side.

The go get it this -- because.

-- -- They don't really care you know pretty hearsay issue to the FBI the CIA the Secret Service they are not unionized.

And the TSA was created in 2001.

And they act that created the TSA specifically said.

It is not to be unionized it's not supposed to be able to collectively bargain because it's a security apparatus what do you make about.

Well I was what Tom Daschle held the whole thing up for for as ever if I were called critically about a year.

In order to get this concession because frankly it's what.

His party -- time desperately needed.

We don't dues revenue but that's really what this is about a for political contributions so.

At the risk of at least nominally.

National security and security of flights they held up.

For a year in order to allow the thing to become -- it was really.

Remarkable despicable act.

But it's kind of par for the course -- Note -- had to be fair -- -- and the TSA worker says you know what we do have overtime issues we've got pay issues.

They've got standards of that raises and we should be allowed to basically collectively bargain for that what do you think about.

Why can't every individual do that anyway I mean to be honest.

If -- if they really privatize -- saying you'd have that kind of initiative and hustle and you get frankly.

People who are are highly motivated to be there and who's.

Compensation and benefit increase of everything else is based on their individual merit.

-- practically of all activities.

Searching for bombs is the kind of thing you really want somebody be.

You know thorough and motivated.

You know highly.

-- you know be there with their soul mind full attention and and everything towards jobs so you know.

-- -- to you know the we've seen these issues before it's a frisking the groping the Fourth Amendment issues that.

Know folks up there really to have an issue with look I know that he has say they've got a lot of heart that we people working really hard for -- We've got examples where cancer survivors are asked to remove their prosthetic breasts.

For enhanced pat downs.

The patted down and 95 -- leukemia patient asked picturing -- for adult diaper.

The video images of the -- -- stated patting down a wheelchair bound three year old I mean painful painful images.

What is your expectation of the union nation of the TSA as a release of these incidents.

Well I I can't imagine it gets any better and I also think it'll be.

Very much harder to actually file a complaint and have something you know done about a someone who abuses -- position for whatever reason.

You know and it's amazing that we as taxpayers end up having to pay for our.

This kind of you know a ridiculous infringement on our.

-- her rights to begin with just add insult to injury now we're paying more for -- and it's going to be very difficult first to actually get any satisfaction -- of that money.

You know sad fact the V TSA is is run by a former FBI official.

And basically the mentality gets to be you know hunker down protect our own.

And you've got it any wonder -- in big news really is announced there whether or not these officials were disciplined.

Maybe -- a better job with the media's saying look these people did these things and you know basically put -- Terrible situations -- and -- people an awkward positions in open admitted that's the issue they should've put it out there they had we did discipline.

Read it because hundred back you know hearing -- right Brett.

Well you know there's a dark.

Asians where you do -- unions who actually are willing to publicize their own.

Dirty laundry because they have some kind of issue with.

You know public image police forces things like that date they will do that but -- also -- cases are probably over -- In the direction where there are there entire goal is to protect those members against any thing they view that says there -- Job is apparently their advocates.

When really you know the doctors protect.

The public.

And and so you know they really that ought to be first in their mind not protecting themselves.

Through union in the -- union members which I'm afraid that's kind of where we're gonna end up.

Are right -- -- he runs a construction company is a lot of experience that the unions -- really appreciate your time tonight sir thank you so much.
