To keep their balance and that's completely.

Fine and and and yeah I'm glad that those are available the issue is whether the federal government.

Should be.

Requiring.

Stores to change their structure to change the the way -- laid out what have you so that.

Can be brought into.

The stores and there's action there's an actual federal regulation on.

Balancing ponies and get -- yes.

I had never heard of a balancing pony until one of my constituents.

Boldly about it and and I've certainly never seen -- sort of common sense.

Is got to come into play here yet but wait to seconds with respect at how do you bring common sense into a piece of legislation that is twenty years old and which is being litigated to death.

How do you change things how do you do that you -- with lawsuits -- comp insurance well well what I would say as we we certainly need to.

Part of it is to freeze the regulatory structure.

And and -- -- time out that's what we did last week with my.

With my red tape reduction bill the other thing is we need to hold these agencies accountable let me give you one quick example if I can't.

And it is getting getting on -- -- and they weren't they were required by the federal government.

To build about a fifty foot.

Will -- ran up to their loading dock not to their front entrance.

That -- -- loading dock.

And I they told me well -- what if if someone's gonna come to our store they're not gonna com.

To the loading dock.

And they had to spend 5000 dollars building a -- that may never be used the problem is we are trying to regulate.

For every contingency.

That might have.
