Story that hats -- everything under the sun but one thing it does not have.

Is unions and in the last few months some employees with ties to -- union group were fired all for various reasons but now they're claiming.

-- superstore laid them off because of their involvement.

Wal-Mart of course denying any connection saying the reason they're no longer employed has nothing to do with their union affiliation.

Strange coincidence with the united discussed is deemed most senior fellow Richard Benjamin ricks thanks for joining us analysts agreed to be here so of course is easy to say after the fact of the reason why you're fired is because you were trying to.

You know organize -- union right what do you think of -- situation.

Well I think they were fired for trying to organize because they received great -- valuations before their firing and so if they were -- employees I would say -- he does have to be fired but they one point employees.

But it you know has made it pretty clear that they don't want their employees to unionize so you want to be part of the union -- -- Anyone -- worked at a place that's you know more sympathetic to workers may be star box you -- there's a million places to go why do you longer.

Because we cannot let Wal-Mart determine.

The whole economy if you -- -- work at mile wide that's the best job available to you you should push back -- can be rolled over and steam rolled by Iran like but by definition it's not the best job available to you because you're trying to get a union in there to make it a better place to work so.

By definition they're not happy if they want to organize the works council at Wal-Mart -- -- presidents -- the problem is that -- homeless the biggest private employer in this country and so for UN nine we have the job options but for people in -- -- country than fewer job options.

And Wal-Mart being such a big employee here.

These people they've taken a job some.

Brilliantly determined that you know they're gonna unionize in the gonna push back and -- -- for it what do you think their rights -- in this case what could -- possibly do from here.

Well -- and I hope they realize I hope they sue Wal-Mart in the cases they way they can Wear Wal-Mart unfairly fired them.

And I -- most importantly it'll be continued to unionize I hope they continue to have these rallies.

I hope they continue to talk to their fellow employees and share information.

As to abusive -- -- -- this is a great idea right now we have so many people that are out of work and looking for work do you -- hobble accompanied that like you said is that is the biggest employer -- Well is not about hobbling Wal-Mart it's about making it in a better employer for all those tens of thousands and hundreds of thousands of folks.

Who work -- Wal-Mart across the country why not organized in trying to people not to shop at Wal-Mart and -- Libby should do both additional they're great idea is okay we'll -- -- thanks for coming on we appreciate your time alright with the things tensions view.
