New initiative with more this I'm joined by -- -- New York governor George attacking.

Governor are you surprised by the I'm stunned by this this is incredibly stupid.

This is they -- bipartisan reform signed by President Clinton.

That -- -- governors from both parties with legislatures across the country to transform a system netting the -- encourage dependency.

To one then encouraged self reliance said.

And to do it if the first of all is incredibly bad but to do it in a way that just ignores provisions of the law and doing it by -- signature by fiat.

I believe is not only wrong it's illegal and well it's flying.

Under the radar and people really aren't noticing it and and we're trying to bring it's everybody's attention back Alitalia.

It's gonna be a big argument wants people find out what's happening.

It and it's not going to fly under the radar when you start to see the welfare rose soaring again you know I took office one -- eleven of every resident New York State man woman child from.

The tip of long -- of the Adirondack Mountains -- on welfare.

Because we have a system that -- you better off.

If you were dependent on government that if he went out and got their first job we change that dramatically we had over a million fewer people on welfare when I left.

And this president wants to undo that it's just anyone.

Just to undo it and we're starting to see really.

The way he views the world get comments this week about small business operators -- it's twice that.

Now I'm that know that there are some people who think what the president said was just a -- It wasn't a -- But you don't go back.

If you are successful some.

-- -- Yeah now.

You didn't build that how -- people taking that.

In any small business person who work seven days a week twelve hour days.

Risks everything -- safe to try to make it fly.

Understands that that is a nonsensical comment and I think what is most tragic about it is not that the president is denigrating.

All of the entrepreneurial spirit in this country that creates these small businesses that build jobs.

What good governor Romney said is absolutely right it's not a gaffe he believes this he believes government responsible for the success of your small business.

Well our army taking advantage of -- and they built T shirts now that that it you know make fun of this we -- show you that it's kinda it's kind of amusing take a look at the you get that teacher for twenty bucks if you wanna give money to the Romney campaign.

But look doesn't the president's comments really -- business owners people who are trying to build wealth against everybody else.

Look look at the two comments together.

Here is denigrating the entrepreneur lowers the small business person who through enormous sacrifice and effort creates a successful business that the same time.

He's telling governments get rid of the work requirement for welfare and let people to sit back and collecting government -- It is a mentality.

That government dependency is not inherently bad thing it's un American it's wrong.

And ultimately it would be very destructive of this country if it continues.

Ronnie had something to say about this today he says it's not a gap that the president said that hears that Mitt Romney.

Now I'm that know that there's some people to think what the president said was just a gaffe.

It wasn't a gaffe.

It was instead his ideology.

The president does in fact believe that people who build enterprises like this really are responsible for it.

But in fact it's a collective success of the whole society -- somehow builds enterprises like this.

So -- -- again talking about this said.

One of the things we've been following this week is the president hasn't met with his jobs council in six months yet he's had a hundred fundraisers what do you make of that.

Well it's it's clear that creating jobs in the private sector has not been a priority for this president since the day took office.

He inherited yes it was an economic mess but it unemployment has gotten worse our economy has gotten worse our deficits have gotten bigger.

And he's out there raising money instead of trying state.

Encourage the private sector to create jobs.

Be fair here the present would say or his minions would say hey look you know we put in place stimulus.

We try to put money into the yet -- I mean we're gonna build bridges government -- our government exactly like that everything he does is the government's going to do this the government's going to do that weren't they get the money.

They get -- from the entrepreneur horse who paid their tax -- to create chaos or they borrow it largely from China and this president doesn't even understand that so it's really.

We are in difficult economic times too many families are suffering.

And it's not despite this president's policies in significant part I believe it's because of this president's.

Politics I -- to we always talk about obamacare right now I wanted to ask you quickly about Medicaid expansion we've now got in governors who are saying we're not could take this money which I really don't know politicians who turn down federal dollars but it is actually happening.

As there's a real reaction here to Obama care and worry that we're gonna have a huge entitlement that we can't read write your reaction.

I think the -- depending on the state they're doing what is in the interest of that state maps weather system supposed to function.

Obama care the Medicaid increase was declared unconstitutional.

It's illegal and the governors are doing the right thing in taking good look at.

Our it will got a long way to go and we'll check back in with the governor thanks for coming on -- thank --
