There's increased awareness and excitement about the -- ability of veterans and a their work ethic their integrity but also very unique skill sets.
Academic achievements and so on so they're just.
-- very employable right now.
Punctuality should be at the top of the list is -- I would say.
You know you look great.
They really are we we we do surveys after every one of our career fairs we have one right now what's going on as we speak in Dallas.
We have about -- companies.
And maybe seven or 8200.
Job seekers veterans.
Several Dallas cowboy cheerleader -- players and cheerleaders are there.
And we think that is our -- That's not.
We think we've got about a 107.
Hires per event and -- 63 all over the country.
