26 business leaders all brought together to deliver the best advice and the president's very proud of it.

Now the issue that is at the heart of -- -- on the campaign trail over who's really responsible for American jobs being outsourced they have been duking it out for weeks.

But if you want to point the finger -- people shipping jobs overseas look no further than the president's own jobs council.

It's headed by Jeffrey -- malt.

The jet maker has cut 141000 American jobs in the last four years according to reports.

They're famous for outsourcing nearly every part of the new 787 dreamliner.

So why haven't we heard a peep from the president's jobs councilman happy here well the White House today said the presence just been too busy.

But maybe he's realized he just can't sit at the same table as real.
