I made it work and I didn't look for something have a super passionate about at that point -- -- passionate about my kids and a paycheck and that was death.

I'm enough so sometimes we try to build a business based on -- like to make -- on gonna start a business doing that let.

Are you driven now are you really hungry enough to make that work -- board as it does sound like a lark at that time I got -- hate not to ask you personal question but.

Do you raise your children on.

Well I am Harry had been married for twenty years and sell that we give me do we have like live and help or anything now it's just -- and we've added two more along the way -- -- -- cents.

You have four kids ranging from preschool to teenagers steadily it's really an interesting house -- -- -- can imagine I still I would assume that your husband's paycheck helps out a little -- it takes some of the stress off.

No no absolutely not as a matter of fact when I started -- run my business I thought we needed to make a choice and I.

I get offered -- benefits package that he couldn't.

And I -- him to come home network with -- sell the fact is he ICF we are the two employees and the company.

We worked together so it's all on us we don't have any extra security in -- and common.

Nothing else coming in its past week we work.

-- eat to pay the mortgage to support.

The kids and we're burying the lead here you're still married.

What will -- -- people say they're still kind of a stigma about we you know working for yourself working at home.

People still say well when your daughter the youngest starts school are you gonna go back to work I am working and working harder than I ever did for anybody else.

So there's stigma there's what if -- fail what do I can't make -- what my idea is not good enough.

Will I be lonely well I have a social.

You know all those things what about benefits and you know health -- is a big big concern these days right so.

All those things like benefits and security it's steady paycheck it's it's all -- big fear.

And even as a less than have been any game ten to fourteen years we still have those names that pop up now and then and we still have those days that we think Allende's and it throw in the towel -- apply for a job somewhere.

There's got to be an easier way to make a letter saying but.

But if you really wired as an entrepreneur aren't as a business owner if you have a bigger YE you know like your kids or like at the -- -- -- Special lifestyle being re absolutely -- that.
