And in focus tonight Obama care's impact on small business.
Across the country -- doors are scrambling to meet the health care reforms mandate that they provide employees with insurance or face big fines.
But there's -- way out companies with fewer than fifty employees are exempt.

So for my company we have to be very kind -- that the number of people who work perhaps and -- that may not seem like.
Such a big task but when you consider it my husband is also starting and it -- mom -- -- Now instead it's sixty.
Employees for just my company it's fifty employees -- for both of our company.
And so what it really.
Has an impact on how fast were able to -- And -- and how many people are able -- well Kerry to that point awarded the additional costs you're gonna have because of obamacare what are you looking at here.
OK well per employ eight.
The year -- 1012 was the first time in history that cost -- health care per employee.
-- broke that 101000 dollar mark so.
Multiply that times fifty employees.
-- -- -- here and -- you're looking at well over 500000.
Dollar commitment wow wow wow outs that yes so painful.
So what -- alternatives are you looking at at this point I mean does it make sense to have employees for goodness sakes.
Not if you can avoid it and and really.
Even after obamacare is enacted 26 million -- -- -- have health insurance.
We're talking about 11% difference is -- all of this is for and it's really hurting not just my small business but a lot of small businesses.
And this kind of -- small businesses it's also hurting.
Americans across the country would like to see a few more jobs created because people like you or making the Smart decision at the end of the day.
What are you gonna do do you think as a result of this -- we'd be hiring more people will you be.
Hiring fewer people.
I will probably be hiring fewer people or hiring in a different capacity.
So hiring ten -- nine contractors instead of full time employees have another thing that I'm -- is -- moving to -- New Hampshire is part of the free state project.
And when I did that palisades 3% and Pennsylvania income tax and 1% in Pittsburgh and and tax.
Because New Hampshire has -- -- income tax and talking about a 4% difference between but my husband and I well that Iowa -- staying because you know people say.
The small business operators make decisions on on the basis of things like.
