-- time in the economy to -- a new business you may be missing the opportunity of a lifetime.

That's right we've got an entrepreneur who says that downturn is simply a great time to start a company.

He did it back in 2000 not member of the -- the markets -- any stock chart you see the big -- 2009.

He is now expanding he's hiring and he's raking in venture capital dollars.

-- Bailey is the CEO of a company called trunk club Brian good to see you thanks for having me a -- talk first about the premise of what -- club done.

-- that's really simple.

Guys -- chatting -- love to look at itself if you can send them a box of awesome close.

They can keep with the -- some back with the down.

There ever have to go to the stores again or sift through millions of things on a website so we just try to make it really easy for -- to look at.

See no charge to users with a service all for shipping.

The opposition -- that you make money so just like a normal -- American Nordstrom Macy's we -- and -- -- Stellar retail so we make money on the mark up clothing -- and we just charge customers the same thing they would hand store OK let's just retail -- Not they didn't look awesome before but we dragged -- of -- -- by the staff and other Nazi -- it might.

-- you have to -- look at how cute they look they're really stylish.

But how support seventy cents several sizes of the same shirts yeah will soon.

Like any good service were adaptive the most important part is that we're apathetic we listened to you we we try.

To start with ten items hopefully they all work but inevitably we're gonna be too bigger too -- on something sometimes we'll set will send -- Jason sizes.

And then the key point is after we see what you've kept in what you sent back.

We never make it seem sick twice regular thought orange pants would look good on anybody today really very frank -- got a color is in right now -- we view that big way.

So are you looking to expand right now what where -- you offer this service away hoping to expensive so currently we can serve anyone in the continental United States because we ship.

All over the country right and really -- you needed an Internet connection and -- To sign up.

We think that the future for -- may involve opening a few more of what we have in Chicago what do you say that -- the height of -- session.

It is just to find time to start a business you've got a lot of people who are struggling to even find -- job yet so it and I think what what I would say about being in the downturn is there's wonderful talent available to join your team.

And people are willing to.

Do a trial to make sure that the right fit before they come on full time people are willing to work really hard to keep their jobs set.

Well I'm sure we -- probably get a little more revenue if we -- in a boom time I think we've also found some great people because the tougher job market people complain about the health care law costs and small business is more that you won't hire.

Do you feel that way.

It's really not relevant for us we're in a rapid growth phase and I'm sure that there's some costs you know incremental cost of health care and it's it's certainly a big line item for aspect.

We don't spend too much time worrying about it we can't control what would you like the government would do more to help small -- well -- I would love to -- fewer payroll taxes.

That's that's something that you know is definitely an easy thing for them and easy way for them to say you know hate anyone who's got under fifty -- hundred employees.

You know you pay a different rate rise you're just starting now Ashley -- signing up but -- shopping I do it well I do so yes.

I'm very very expensive.

Everywhere let me see them the husband sitting down on the one capture the -- -- -- in a store -- border -- -- this target -- -- -- literate women still.

We talked about it it's funny it's about 70% of our guys are married and we have.

You know about thirteen thousand customers today so that leaves about 101000 women out there whose husbands are letting -- club.

Or you know boyfriends -- partners -- ever.

They've said hey we really want this for us and it's been surprising I didn't think bit -- I actually sort of maybe foolishly thought women just love to -- but it turns out there's many Hussein and I would love to never have to go shopping myself whipping me.

Brian Bailey thank here company is called trump club -- extort it turns -- and -- they -- -- Yeah.

Awesome look at -- GQ good luck to Brian thank you thank you from a.
