Good morning -- what I think you're already are -- tremendous consolidation in the industry hospitals are buying up other hospitals they're buying up physicians' practices.
They're buying up pharmacy.
Management so in some ways yes the consolidation will help.
Generate economies of scale but I've also worried that we have so much consolidation.
That we wind up with not a competitive environment and it's much harder for the insurance companies negotiate.
Better prices with with the actual providers.
You know I -- afraid that their feelings you have for the stock market and perhaps those individual companies but not going to be great for -- for the patients and certainly.
I can't see that bending the cost curve down that matter at all.
Well but -- public -- published Charles -- that the traditional Medicare Medicaid fee for service program is a terrible program.
That's one of the reasons that people wind up having to spend five or six hours in hospital emergency room to see a doctor because they can't find private physicians -- -- -- so -- Managed care come -- companies like Amerigroup.
That was just purchased by WellPoint.
Can actually provide.
Better coordinated care access to actual physicians and it can be a good thing in the long run if the market -- -- that dictates this not Washington bureaucrats.
You know that said was this perfectly for the next topic because the shocking number 83% doctor said.
That they actually considered giving up private practice as a result of obamacare that's is -- a shocking number.
You know some people question organization -- put it out there but there's no doubt to your point.
Doctors that are probably gonna fully private practice.
No question in -- fair number of other surveys that show at least half of doctors -- sometimes more.
Are seriously considering leaving the practice of medicine.
When this -- takes full effect of 2014 because they do not want to practice Washington cookbook medicine.
All sorts of rules and restrictions and and requirements on how they have to practice medicine and their basics is saying -- -- I thought in this business to take care patients.
Not to answer to Washington bureaucrats these are Smart people they can find other jobs we see it as a a potential physician shortage.

Seventy million baby boomers are aging into Medicare we have a serious problem if we don't -- the practice of medicine more attractive.

That their patients have catastrophic insurance -- that if they have major medical incidents which they can't take care of the hospital official will be covered.
But it it's giving people access to physicians and these are by the way -- happy used positions.
