Everybody's eyes get all glittery means it's sort of guaranteed money right dividend paying stocks have become quite the favorite.
For investors as they seek in common a very volatile market so when you think of dividends -- -- -- -- the usual suspects Exxon buys or ship.
Why not but we've got some under the radar names for you that a paying above average dividends.

Problem how do you what are you looking for in companies that provide these that what do you like about these companies in particular.
Both companies are gonna talk about I think that you -- -- -- household names -- a strong history not just of paying dividends for many decades but also increasing them.
Thing that's important thing for investors why can't we heard about objective they've had a long strong history of doing this.
-- quite frankly it's only be really been recently the last couple years people have really cared about dividends and -- your companies like.
Cisco Starbucks they didn't pay dividends a couple of years ago I was kind of -- a function of the way things are now investors really want it there's not a lot of growth.
I think you know it's just the world that we live in these days so at some of these -- these companies as will talk about they're not exactly sexy they're not tax stocks they're not really.
A booming growth business but you know these are companies where it like utility stock you can really serve yourself well.
By putting like a -- playing your portfolio that gives you good 3% dividend even if it's not a big name well let's get.
To -- and the first wanna be still our hearts.
H -- I think it's a real estate investment trust for health care in essence this is housing for seniors again as you say not sexy but they've been paying a dividend since 1984.
Yeah and more importantly they've been increasing their dividend annually elect a -- five years -- a half percent yield.
It is a real estate investment trust between 90% of its taxable income -- -- -- shareholders it's a mandate for big dividends.
But you know the other story here where I I like the stock a lot of because the demographically behind it mean obviously the baby boomers are getting older there's they're gonna need housing as they enter the golden years -- in the retirement facilities and managed care.
So this is the company is in the right place at the right time it's outperformed the market -- -- -- it's up about 15% in the last year -- not in not -- you get a nice dividend mean there's a chance for some good share appreciation negative.

Yeah ninety years and -- I mean.
One of the things I like most about this company's go back only a decade ago they're paying thirteen cents a quarter -- 45 cents a quarter there was doubled their dividend and about ten years so that's really impressive it's a 3% yield.
SSI super sexy thing it's a really -- industry to be -- but.
You know packaging is one of those things where it it is a consumer Staples play.
Everything has to be an act it being as does the shrink wrap on bottled water that you.
The little -- -- -- frozen fish sticks in enterprise you know packages of I got -- there's not really not the studies that are on the golf course in your bodies and talk about this great packaging stock everybody's got back.
