What we have to do is just make their situations -- their environment more perfect.
-- -- -- other people's money and then they will be even better people that is not true human nature reduces itself to whatever you allow and if you allow for people to live off of other people's money -- -- gonna have more people living off of other people's money and buy what ever they want with it.

To the families that are down and out that have temporary setbacks isn't it isn't -- good society or great society obligated to help those people.
We don't know who they are anymore so when you talk about compassion compassion have to be very local and very personal and what we've done is built monsters of bureaucracy is in welfare.
And we built dependency on these programs.

Are entitled or qualify for one type of welfare you automatically.
Are entitled to food stamps and other types of wealth for so even just eradicating something like that would that make a significant improvement in.
Getting rid of the fraud in these welfare issues.
You can do it that way and try to tweak around the edges and and that means you have these politicians who come back to their communities and pretend that they did some great thing that's what happened during the ninety's when we said we reformed the welfare of the states are complicit this is a game for every one.
I'm in fact even these cards that you're talking about they're produced by private sector -- -- -- other big business now you wanna get to the root of the problem the root problem is.
Is it constitutional for us to have what we call a general welfare state.
Once you determine that this is not constitutional this is not the -- the is American tax people's money that we can start saying okay how do we help on situations that can be helped.
What we have today in this bureaucracy are not a place that you wanna start saying let's tweak around the edges and see if you -- -- more responsible article inherently good.
Overall though the president's this class warfare that that these all -- he's all in on this its class warfare and if you make 200000 as an individual -- how about household income of 250000.
You have become one of the evildoers and you should pay your fair share.

Well we know that he believes that will work because unfortunately you always have more people that have not.
