Our next guest says obamacare will increase the financial burden of Americans buy 500 billion dollars the biggest tax increase in modern history.

Joining us congressman -- Elmhurst she was registered nurse for more than 21 years -- sits on the house small business committee.

Where she serves as chairwoman of the subcommittee on health care and technology congresswoman many thanks for joining us tonight.

Good to be with you so let me begin with the vote likely next week in the house to repeal repeal excusing of monetary likely to pass then as we reported fail in the senate so.

What's the next step after the congressional.

Well you know we're going to be reaching out to the American people and we're going to be doing that because it is essential that there's a vote in the -- And you know I think we're all sitting back thinking that Harry Reid just like the thirty bills that are sitting over there -- -- job creators.

That he hasn't brought up for a bill up for a vote he will do the same with says.

But that's where the American people come and we have heard consistently that the American people are losing faith in the president.

In his leadership.

And with obamacare.

And they overwhelmingly.

Are wanting us to repeal it says it's going to be -- the American people to put pressure on the -- for that vote.

Talking about the economy obviously we have the dismal jobs number for the month of June released this morning.

It will create because not only.

-- Ian individual mandate that the other taxes involved in the bill as well so give me your take on what kind of impact Obama camp to it will have on US economy.

Well we're already seeing those facts right now you know our job creators are telling us it's harder for them to be able to hire.

Because of their of the uncertainty that exist because of Obama care.

And the way the economy has state you know we're at 41 straight month of above 8% unemployment.

The president's policies are failures and we need a leader in the presidency I believe Mitt Romney will be that leader to move forward on those things.

But you know we're looking at 500 billion dollars worth of taxes that are embedded in obamacare now 500 billion dollars worth of cuts to Medicare.

And yet the president said if you have your health care you can keep that and and everything will be fine -- -- just simply not true.

That Congressional Budget Office nonpartisan group has said that there'll be another 800 billion dollars worth of taxes that the American people have to pay.

You know you mentioned the uncertainty lingering.

Ahead of the scotus decision though the devil's advocate question here we congress and -- doesn't some of that deep get -- -- now that you know the Supreme Court has come out its ruling and businesses small businesses.

He go ahead and land for higher health care costs.

Not ideals but if they -- may -- this will sort of you know loosen up a little bit.

Well the uncertainty remains and our our business owners are small business owners across this country are telling us.

You know I'm not gonna be able to continue to give my employees the health care benefits.

That that we've been able to do in the past.

There wouldn't have to make serious choices so what they're doing right now is holding on to everything they can't because they've given as much as they possibly can't.

We've got to get this economy moving forward -- the Supreme Court had had ruled it unconstitutional under the commerce cause like some many of us thought it would be.

Not looking at the tax issue -- They are absolutely right you know congress has the authority to attack and this is one massive tax bill to pay for massive growth of the federal government.

That's what the plan was moving along all along now -- to the American people and nothing congress to do the right thing for the American people.

Thank you for your thoughts and your outlook congressman -- --
