OK so you surveyed 3000 companies that had workers of 300 people or less what you find.
Well basically what we're seeing is employment gains in this in this space.
And primarily from what we're what we're also seeing is some growth in demand for those -- for the customers a small businesses and that was in the first quarter net is modestly.
There in the second quarter and so that's actually leading some the small business owners to creep back into the market and it actually hire back some resource is that they may have lost during.
The recession.
Interestingly -- businesses especially ones with very few employees don't necessarily have to deal with what's going on -- you are right I mean the there.
-- US they work in the US so is that kind of helping them move forward a little -- Absolutely their issues are more domestic and regional in nature.
-- I think the small business owners learned a lot through the 08 crash.
-- they're much more attuned to what's going on globally and recognize that it can impact them.
But obviously the number of people walking through the front door is impacting them in more immediate sense and if they have to deploy -- to meet those demands.
They're gonna do so.
I think the small business owners more ads out -- so they can react to a changing economic environment more quickly and perhaps before aware.
I think probably generally had a more optimistic.
Right and we actually had.

-- accounting on earlier in the week 86% of the people they surveyed who who are entrepreneurs.
Say they love and then giving him are basically what's going on they're gonna get -- -- this.
And I think that's part of it to write that entrepreneurial spirit that keeps the doors open to these small businesses.
Absolutely I I use a term common sense lean production.
A lot of these small businesses are finding ways to get things done at a better cost point and maybe before.
And are able to continue to grow their businesses despite some of the headwinds and I think our small business owners learned a lot in the last three or four years.
ONN and those that have made it through the recession deserve a little medal of honor on their shoulders I know they keep inventories very -- Talk quickly about this home shoring trends you're seen.
Yes sure I don't know that it's large.
-- today to have a material impact on employment but I think that what we're seeing is a lot of these small business owners.
Are bringing back some of the small business manufacturing that maybe they had access to.
Chinese.
Manufacturing before they're bringing that back it is at a cost but there's a work life balance issue there that they're experiencing as well.
-- and so I think that they're there when you get that business back in the US they can meet demand a -- more quickly.
