What motivated you to do this.

Several things our company's been in business for thirteen years were partly owned by the veteran of foreign wars were charged by getting better -- good jobs.

I had been talking with people that we're going to be doing keystone pipeline and in getting commitments for they would try to hire veterans from.

We're looking forward over 8000 veterans going to work on the keystone project until I got killed of course.

So we started looking around -- through some friends -- heard about this phenomenal building -- construction boom going on up and Alberta.

Canada has are moving forward with their energy projects -- right in the center of there's.

Said they look for good contract jobs and the Canadians are offering wonderful contract jobs paying.

23 to 30% over what they -- made here in the United States.

Have you got any push back from the Canadians very much like.

We have a push back about that workers come into our country that taking jobs from Americans and so forth -- you may push back from the Canadian workers.

None if -- I'm getting a lot of email saying thank you thank you thank you.

Because they have such a shortage -- -- said they're gonna have a 1141000.

Working at all hours just are perfect fit -- becomes a win win win for everybody involved we're looking forward it helping robber barons.

Get out there and help.

You know develop their energy aren't fields in oil fields -- fern rock and -- -- here in the states.

And and obviously -- that at some point we do hope we do that here in the United States but in the meantime.

What what you know we just saw this amazingly terrible -- support this morning.

At what -- it.

The things that you guys looking at here America -- any hope on any opportunities silver -- for happy veterans here.

Well the -- reality in and the truth is that overall veterans have boys have a lower unemployment rate than the non veterans the overall unemployment rate this morning and when numbers cannot.

The CPS number for veterans is dropped from seven point seven.

Down to seven point 4% definitely lower than the national rate.

But in the younger men -- area where they're most of them are now involved in the National Guard and the army reserve may reserve the other reserves.

That they can't get a job.

And it's really bad you know -- sending these kids over to fight for us to defend our freedoms to protect our free enterprise society.

And then when they come back -- -- -- we salute you again this is amazing and we hope obviously eventually the keystone is built in this country to provide the same amount of jobs probably a lot more we appreciate it thanks -- thanks a lot this morning.
