Henry -- joining me now for more on the economy the impact of Obama care -- Williams Fox News political analysts.

And Brad Blake -- former deputy assistant -- president president George W but some would start within a couple of things are first.

If you look at the president's record on jobs -- think -- all about jobs right now as we go into tomorrow morning's report.

Even and the state of Ohio huge battleground state one they've lost 45200.

Jobs under.

The president does that mean that's easier for Romney to take Ohio which he does need to win this election.

I think it's the only basis on which he could take Ohio Cheryl.

If they're thing to remember here and this is key is that.

That's state.

Under governor case think is doing much better than it had been -- governor K six advertise that Ohio is a rebound -- the economy's coming back.

And as you heard today President Obama is talking about having save the auto industry.

And all the jobs that you know ripple through our economy but particularly through those.

Blue collar Rust Belt states like Pennsylvania and Ohio.

You know add it to say I was still a hi Chris is like -- as one about -- -- -- -- well.

Unemployment right now rises seven point 4% there he always talks about job growth and that stated how well it it has done for particular under his leadership.

At the same time -- to be bad for Mitt Romney if he's going to be campaigning on the economy especially in this table line.

No -- that could be quite good for Romney because -- can people like Rob Portman the US senator very popular support this nominee.

But most importantly is it because of the president's policies or is it because of governor Kasich policies I -- to believe it's because the governor's policies.

In spite of bad times governors like him and Mitch Daniels.

On the neighboring state of Indiana be very hard choices in their budgets.

And and the hard choices they've made.

Are in spite of Obama's bad choices that he's made actually so you have to look at the national picture we're Obama has done so abysmally.

And the majority of battleground states and you have these always sees and where they run by the run by Republicans.

They are I happen -- think rabbit at the same time here's the thing when the voters go to the polls are still -- better.

More than have worked and got money in their pocket their -- and OK maybe I'm gonna vote on other issues at this point -- -- rather about the right now the voting on the economy.

And it and it is it that you ultimately Conrad they're gonna be going for -- for -- but it if if the economy they feel better about it they might go back to President Obama.

No I don't believe so I think the fact is that it's up to Republicans to educate.

The local electorates in these states are doing better that they're only doing better because of the Republican leadership within their state.

In spite of other -- terrible record on the economy and actually.

And I think it's still gonna be about the economy no matter how good -- state may be doing in bad times they're not doing as good as they could.

Okay -- want fair enough let's move on to something else -- -- these these bus -- now.

About the president Mitt Romney a rolling out finally hitting the ground do you think as we get closer to the election looking at -- -- which is still issue number one.

Do you think that that mr.

Romney has -- -- -- platform considering is being attacked by David Axelrod.

About maybe some offshore account.

Well you know those ads are working against Mitt Romney they're being -- right now and is Ed Henry mentioned in this package Cheryl.

Third party groups -- that you know he'd it's not fair to say that Mitt Romney.

With outsourcing jobs yes in some cases where it's what's called out placement were jobs got placed overseas.

But it's not the case that they were American jobs that were sent -- so.

It's a fine line this was based on a Washington Post story the Romney campaign asked that the Washington Post.

We over tracked the charts -- wash your vote -- refused.

But the point here is from a political perspective that the ads that are running in those swing states are proving effective they're driving down Romney's numbers.

In an Ohio and Pennsylvania where the president's bias towards taking place right now the president is beating Mitt Romney beyond the margin of error.

And and again he's expanding that -- why is that I think it's the power of the charge that this is a rich guy who doesn't understand what life is like for you and me.

Well the Brad on the other side of this though I mean look you know President Obama has got to deal with but -- -- -- went back to the jobs are we gonna get a warning.

We're looking at some pretty negative estimates or manufacturing jobs.

And the auto industry is certainly you know could you can consider a part of that is while.

In my house and issues tomorrow at the manufacturing sector still looks -- that mean that for President Obama correct.

You you -- I mean unemployment -- officially they're calling it eight point 2% in might pick up another.

Tenth of a percentage point eight point 3% if you take into account those people who have given up and those people who are working under.

There employment.

You may be looking at it the national unemployment rate of up to 14% in our inner cities which support Obama the most.

It's it's double that so I think Obama's gonna have some really a bad numbers to explain in battleground states were hurting just as much as everybody else's.

In this bad economy.

-- what Albert Bret I thought as quickly they share.

What we know right now from all indications are.

That the likelihood is that both eight point 2% stays the same tomorrow and maybe even trends down -- -- little it based on the unemployment.

Applications that we've seen take a surprising dive over the last week.

So it doesn't look to me like this is going to be a big changer I do think that as we look forward you know towards August.

That the July numbers in the August numbers September numbers those will play a critical role but what we -- in terms of the economists who have been.

Surveyed on this -- they don't expect much change tomorrow.

OK before -- -- but there you go let me ask this week we talked about of the top of the show any issue the Supreme Court ruling next week Brad to you first.

This tax vs penalty debate obviously Mitt Romney is jumping all over this is gonna be hammering the president now the president's -- defense.

You think the president's initiative which you starting right now is gonna work is to change the dialogue.

No because he went back on his fundamental promise as a candidate in 2008 as president 2009.

That the anybody making more than 250000 dollars in America would not see their taxes go up a dime.

That was his promise that's -- Read my lips.

And they'll come back to haunt Obama because even Democrats have to admit now that it has -- tax.

And it -- -- the -- because the solicitor general argued it was attacked her Supreme Court agreed with them and said it was how -- gonna run away from that.

When.

Even the most liberal economists say -- that these costs are going to be passed on to the middle class.

Want -- -- response.

-- -- you know you -- you have to not have insurance in the first place it's not some kind of universal tax.

And in men and in Massachusetts.

Where Romney signed the exact -- funding mechanism tax or penalty into law.

Only 1%.

Of the population has had to pay anything so you don't call it whatever you want the politicians are all this that the sheriff you know that.

But the fact is this is for people who don't have insurance and overwhelmingly Americans do have helped.

Yeah just all politicians on one now yeah.

I know you don't -- they're -- you know yeah.

All right want to and say it's great to have -- great as the bad -- -- Arizona banks about opinion are right.
