But we have a -- incredibly qualified workforce and that tends to be -- a very compelling to people.
We have figured you know just costs of land acquisition and building and all of those costs are of course very good.
And there are built in cost to from a government perspective and taxes are.
Are very very -- US a businessman outlook your opinion on this because it's up for discussion right now in the United States what is the balance of responsibility between private enterprise.
And the government during very tough economic times to stimulate growth.
Well of course is a businessman.
What we -- used to say if the government would just get out of -- way do we can do this.
And business is extremely confident and government can help and there are there's a role for government.
But I think most people here in Provo feel like boy just let us let us have and we can do it.
