Schapiro here Fox Business three former AIG chief executive Hank Greenberg's 25 billion dollar lawsuit against the US government is heading to court Fox Business has confirmed -- Greenberg's legal counsel.

A judge in the US Court of Federal Claims denied the government's request for dismissal.

The lawsuit filed back in mid November by Greenberg's company Starr international claims the government.

Violated shareholders' rights when it absorb 80% of AIG -- 2000.

A bankruptcy judge gives Kodak -- green light to -- its digital imaging patents as part of its restructuring apple and flash point technology objected claiming.

They both had ownership in some of the more than 11100 patents.
