Or 201070%.

Of the new jobs filled have been filled by people over the age of 55 never -- -- -- Young people simply don't getting these jobs now why columnist Miriam Wallach is here.

-- the question to him what what's going here.

Well first of all -- that's how much up on the scale every morning numbers don't lie they are what they are so the reality is is that up from from the year's 2010.

Still president 70% of the jobs what Hank why I've never seen it in full why.

-- first small employers are looking for the maximum productivity that they can get to looking for an experienced worker at the looking for somebody who takes.

Little to no training time.

Someone who is bringing a tremendous announced the table some -- not gonna flip back and forth looking for the bigger better deal they are looking for someone is gonna stay and it's gonna work for the long term.

That 70% of didn't -- that -- hand and a without that aren't you never seen this before -- I have not seen it before but to continue the next number down is an increase in growth for the twenty.

Five to I think it was 29 group of subjects with not only they're the only the 55 and up group -- the only one making gains aren't making gains and other eight sectors as well.

Again -- hours that what it's like eight is that all employers say hey you youngsters you don't have one it takes I think that youngsters are still invite youngsters we mean the young twenties are still too.

Consumed with their teens that they and still what that immortality that they don't understand -- the bigger bills are down 155 year old and up employer.

Is looking to.

That level of responsibility that younger people are not they still don't get it and they still think that college education -- graduate school education owes them more than it actually does.

The 55 year old and up.

Worker employee is looking for someone who's going to help him sustain his life.

And pay those bills that he has into.

The later years they're looking to work longer doorway looking to work harder.

They're not looking to move around from position to position not a matter -- anymore with these people I mean band and we can't with these people who took it got.

Not mean that I -- has a lot -- coming -- lately been through a lot we.

We've been through a bunch of bubbles we've seen jobs come and go.

Maybe they've lost their show to the stock market on the housing market and they can't retire when they thought the look and you know let the younger folk still have the action potentially living at home he's these people -- in -- may have to take any paycheck -- -- there's also stability when it comes to the older worker.

There's also work ethic that comes to regulatory and again by old to work I'm using that -- tongue in -- that you think that somebody 55 and older has a back to work ethic than somebody 20/20 five years old and I really.

Down really hands down.

I still think that if you look at the people are occupying Wall Street today the not the 55 years and older group.

Who are looking and protesting and -- their god but in my day he was the anti Vietnam War demonstrators and we will roll younger in the Tuesday listen we're now talking about my day I don't wanna put it that -- but the reality is sorry sort.

But the reality is that we're talking about people who are very practical very responsible Kenya people on their twentieth -- -- -- it yet and time's up in the two point.

-- Miriam -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- Okay well.

I actually I don't know does that nothing -- -- iTunes they'll hand well and we -- reason why oil is up big today is because Iran play.
