-- -- words but money manager Kyle Arrington says.

The legal and intimidation only gets -- so far Kyle what do you make of this strategy though because I talked to a number of up.

You know only geeks like myself and many of whom like these Samsung products -- are saying -- maybe as it is goes slow.

Well listen I think this is a clear example -- of innovation vs litigation and we are in an environment.

When there is an economic downturn you're gonna see fraud increase.

You're gonna see litigation.

Legal costs and regulatory environment increase.

OK I don't know the legal fact coming to leave that to the lawyers about whether or not they infringed on their technology but one thing I can tell you.

Is that I believe that in this environment the -- alone on the on the regulatory environment on the litigation environment and swung way too much toward litigating vs innovating.

Now navy even at apple has a point.

And -- saying that Samsung blatantly and flagrantly.

Steals a lot of its patents infringes on them on are you saying that -- -- deceased in this system let the proven.

Performer.

-- I am.

All 41 and foremost competition OK not everybody finishes first and so competition in my mind is a healthy market place.

I I like I said -- I don't know the legal details of whether or not they're infringing but let's.

Open the market and see what customers by and see if the technologies are in fact different as long as we are abiding by the law.

To a certain extent we have to abide by the law -- but I don't wanna see innovation and entrepreneurial -- and stifled by an increased regulatory environment.

All right let's say at the very least apple gets this a judge's stay for want of a better -- no words people.

Have to stay away from Samsung certain -- on -- it'll stay away.

From some of these are gallant C phone's not the one that's really does -- the big gets a lot of that I think they're really aiming for.

But it could in time because Apple's view is.

That anything that Samsung making is essentially rip off including his much talked about as three phone that has already sold ten million units plus.

What do you make of that.

I think this I think that you're gonna see people holding off.

To see where.

The legal.

Doctrine final decision.

Comes into place because if in fact I mean you saw ten million phones have been pre sold right so.

If in fact Samsung phone is that much better I think people are gonna hold off a bit.

To see where the legal environment settles out.

All right we'll watch closely -- --
