-- People who really don't know a whole lot about health care to do something that should be done by professional people.

Now what it has meant.

Is an increasing amount of paperwork the number of regulations.

Coming down from Washington.

Is just getting to be really quite certain some can be or a regular feature.

And most of us and medicine we went into -- so we could take care patients wouldn't go into medicine so that we can get.

A new lecture each month about the new regulation that you have to be concerned -- And in what you need for good health care.

In the patient and you -- health care provider.

Now a long has come both the insurance companies and the government insinuating themselves into that equation completely distorting it.

And -- that we need to really start thinking more logically about how we're going to do this.

I can you give me a specific example to you're doing an operation you -- that -- in the operating -- What new regulation do you have to be aware at all what new papal -- -- and is coming down the pike at you doing what you do.

Well basically you have to check off.

You know several different things.

In regard to.

What the patient financial status -- Who's gonna pay how they're going to pay.

Why they can't pay what you must do in order to be paid.

Those kinds of things in addition to being paid.

You can actually be penalized you can actually be you know criminalize for not doing certain things or for doing things.

And and what we've neglected.

In this whole equation.

It's the concept of free enterprise.

People are going to do things that are detrimental to their relationship.

With patients they're not gonna do things that are detrimental to their practice.

So you really don't have to to come down with all of these different rules and regulations.

On a consistent basis things were working perfectly fine before that happened.

Would you like not the lawyers -- of the doctor patient relationship.

It beat could be done would you do to affect -- lawyers regulators.

I mean even some physicians have -- opted to.

And and forgotten what it is that that we are supposed to be doing we're supposed to be using a tremendous.

Knowledge.

And that practical experience that we've -- To take the most important thing that a person has their -- life and their health and to give it to them and enhance form.

We need to keep that most in our minds.

Doctor Ben costs and one of the great if not the greatest new recession in the world today and we thank you very much for gracing all progressing -- program with the presence thank you don't appreciate right.

I -- I just have to say that I think all their surgeons are great when it takes a lot to become one.
