Down as well.

If I repeat if the health care law is struck down in its entirety.

Will that be good news for business if just the mandate is struck down is that good news for business -- in the company's business strategist -- -- Let's start with the -- a lot of people expect that if he's just the mandate that goes let's suppose that rockets.

-- just the mandate goes good all bad for business in general.

I think it's good for business delivered I'm hearing from small business owners all across this country to words.

Uncertainty.

And change they want to see some sort of change going forward.

So if even just the individual mandate is struck down.

They're gonna feel like okay we have something to look forward to you -- you hosting a conference of the thousand -- open those yes the last few days yes on Mondays I actually had the opportunity to talk to these people in person and regardless of what party line or on.

It didn't make it differently Steele said.

Things aren't going well and we need some element of change -- you know -- even after the Supreme Court decision whichever way goes I don't think -- -- Clinton because you've got -- election coming in full within four months right which could overtime everything you're you're a 100% right this is a baby step in the right direction but everybody's going to be looking towards November.

If Romney and that being elected that everybody's it takes a big sigh of relief.

If Obama -- not that that is health -- hanging over has until twenty -- seen.

They're taxes that are expiring at the end of the year a whole bunch of things that -- this environment of uncertainty.

As small distance business owners firmly believe not only are they not going to invest.

Any a climate of uncertainty that they think that consumers aren't going to spend so it ends of being too different forces that are affecting business.

If -- a state.

And I'm supposed to lay out a lot of money in the next 46 months to implement obamacare which is supposed to be coming down the pike and they all supposed to be spending to set of these exchanges.

I'm not gonna do it now and that's at the anecdotal evidence what I'm talking to people nobody is taking any movement forward so.

Nobody is moving and that's are actually -- -- you all of these people entrepreneur who has yet the small business owner is mom not necessarily moment Paul that I think about my tech people up across the -- people from startups people who own business for years that -- over a million dollars in sales a year now you said they would breathe a sigh of relief.

If Romney gets elected.

Really yes small businesses heavily weighted towards Romney forget ideology that just won't Rohm and -- went really it.

Yes they actually do -- and I been going out and -- -- having the discussions with them and the reason is because they believe that he's gonna be better for business in terms of tax breaks in terms of understanding what the small business needs are of this country.

And just putting some element of change in creating.

A more certain government the fact that we have this deadlock and -- this gridlock between what's going on the White House and what's going on in congress.

Makes it seemed that nothing can get done.

And it and the small business owners really do want to see something changing over the next couple you know.

That the -- the would uncertainties really it is the right -- You think of this tax in the kitten thing.

Everybody's taxes go up on January of us.

Military spending is cut health care spending is -- Obama camp is coming accident dependent on the -- business tax breaks are going away is why they are indeed that's a moment that's what business tax rates go away so everybody wants clarity.

But I'm just not Shula that we gonna get real clarity until well after the -- But it's the perception.

And -- this is all about emotions from a small business owner from the consumer perspective.

So it doesn't matter what the reality is it it's a feeling of hope from inside -- if they see any element of things are changing things are moving in the right direction that inspires confidence and that it may not be real certainty there there's never 100% certainty.

But at least they feel a little bit less uncertain that they -- as well.

-- of all -- on -- photos that you are mixing with a endless length of time did any of them saying you know I'm really worried about Greece.

I'm really worried that to Angela -- will not open up the purse strings and -- Not one not one not one they're they're very focused on what's going on her own backyard is dries out he was crazy because I have to report the latest events from Europe every -- because it does affect now stock market and they -- cash but you know even the small business owners of our country they're very heavily service oriented they're not dealing with Greece right now they're very focused on what's going on how to tell -- -- offering -- some clarity which we've really -- -- thank you -- we appreciate it.

Let's see now it's.
