My next guest says the Department of Justice has been out of control for a while.

And run by radicals joining me now is K Christian Adams is former US Department of Justice attorney and author of the book.

Injustice exposing the racial agenda of the Obama Justice Department good to have you with us.

But how do you expect this vote to go tomorrow.

Well holder is going to lose but the biggest part of the story is going to be all the Democrats.

Who vote to hold him in contempt it's a little bit like Lawrence Hogan.

Now when he was a congressman from Maryland.

Voting to impeach Richard Nixon a Republican.

You knew the wheels are really coming off when your own party turns against you.

And we have right as of right now we are told.

That.

We're going to see some around twenty.

The side with the Republicans right now we have confirmed by congressman who were going to vote against the attorney general.

Let's turn to.

To this idea that Reverend Al Sharpton organized a group of all black leaders -- and really said.

Not a straightforwardly -- perhaps he might have wanted to that this is all about race that it has nothing to do with.

The fact that the Department of Justice in the justice in the attorney general.

Misrepresented themselves and the facts the congress.

Yet that's a really recklessly dishonest charge I mean Al Sharpton.

Doesn't know what's in people's hearts.

This is about holders radical policies this is about holder unwilling to turn over documents to congress this has nothing to do with race.

And and the idea that those black leaders would stand there as if it did.

You how should the Republicans respond -- are they responding as they -- Well you know that's a great question because Republicans tend to get very fearful when this charge gets levied.

It's time to fight back because the charges are false they're bearing false witness of about what this is fast and furious contempt.

Vote is all about.

And in -- and what are your.

-- But those who charge that holder himself is racist.

Well I've been very careful never to label somebody -- Holder is clearly a racial list there's no question about that which means he uses race for political purposes and to achieve racial outcomes.

But I don't think that you anybody's in a position to judge what's in somebody's heart in most cases.

I am I gonna turn true to a -- that is fascinating news in the context of the Justice Department.

And that is these new requirements disability.

Requirements.

For all sorts of public facilities and and it it institutions.

-- That scene I horses.

Be permitted.

If I how in the world we get to this point.

-- C look I horses would it would be accepted appropriately.

Or for those who were blind or -- heard our disable.

It's way worsened as the horses but you have to realize these are radical lawyers in the civil rights division.

Writing these regulations they've never seen a balance sheet they've never worked in the private sector.

They don't understand how business works so now you're gonna have horses in places like Chucky cheese Hampton in.

You check into the shared -- a horse may have been in your room the night before.

I mean this is just crazy.

But it's worse than just the horses.

They're imposing job killing regulations on putt putt golf courses are on swimming pools on shooting ranges.

This is what happens when Washington tries to control every -- the economy from inside the beltway.

Guy and -- with truth and some of the written requirements and -- saving those those are -- asserted put in place on the miniature golf courses that sort of thing.

In which they you -- lay out the precise dimensions.

Or for a for the tee box severe will -- out of miniature golf course I mean that's just you know frankly it is it's offensive it is.

It also just simply boggles the mind that anyone would think that they have that kind of power or are certain knowledge about what is best for all the restaurants.

-- don't forget this is Eric holder's Justice Department imposing the horse.

And the golf cart and the putt -- regulations hold markets thought this but he won't because he believes and it.

One of the of the regulations as you have to be able to put a wheelchair.

On every amusement park ride to get some altered.

So here you're gonna have a corkscrew for perhaps at Cedar Point.

Where you have to put up a wheelchair on it.

We look everybody wants people to have public accommodations accessible -- these folks take it to the fringe where they don't care about the job killing effects.

Now the job -- or the business skilling as well altogether.

Watcher with -- great interest all that proceeds tomorrow in Washington DC thanks so much thank you.
