-- -- Good morning mr.

Jeffers good morning Don you look real comfortable out there on the ranch in not sterling then brings shell -- at the OK well they've lived if as they say is -- look good didn't feel good and you certainly look good died so I don't organizers say Karl okay.

Carl.

Hopefully.

I don't know this Arizona immigration thing yes.

I am so sick of talking about it because I don't care about it.

Why should -- Well actually Don -- I think this is an example.

Of what in fact you and I've been doing for the last company is we've been talking about.

The need for more of a conversation about race you know but what I've seen in the last just in the last couple of days in the response in this.

We have a bigger problem even in America now.

We're not having a conversation period about anything in this immigration issue demonstrates that in any kind of gets me completely lost the mark -- of spots that I have.

-- but this is important -- -- last night at a hotel in New York.

And -- fox was right next MSNBC so it is easy to go back and forth which I normally don't do.

And it and it occurred to me if you look at the MSNBC coverage.

The impression -- got was that the Supreme Court not only.

A ruled invalid every single aspect of the law but essentially declared a state of Arizona off limits and rescinding out of federal posse to arrest governor Jan -- if you moved to channel over one.

To fox stuff frankly and they were interviewing.

They -- they had done Liz Cheney -- line you would think that -- Supreme Court not only upheld every aspect.

They law and immigration and Arizona.

But in fact wouldn't -- ruled that governor brewer should be abide by fiat declared president of the United States now and it and it hit me -- That many Americans all over the country -- tuning and -- MSNBC.

Only to be reinforced.

In their notion that the Supreme Court was -- Arizona was evil and -- to be confident.

That the anti -- struck down.

Meanwhile.

Many many Americans perhaps in greater numbers somewhat argument that's -- another discussion for another day.

We're tuning into fox or foreign remembering that mortality or -- about that in fact that what was going up -- And there's nobody -- walking in the medal.

To be able to get people to understand and to have a conversation.

We're show on fox for your -- I'm sorry.

Which show on fox where your -- actually was Hannity and he was in a growing list Cheney and on the MSNBC side it was Lawrence O'Donnell.

What -- -- I'm not want to Donaldson has not just a lot of want.

I'm just talked about that they would driving everybody to either rent -- watching and -- opinion programs.

Yet but that's the point.

That's what most Americans considered to be news they -- -- -- consider that to be their news Don -- and we don't get an opportunity.

To have a real discussion let me let me just -- -- example now.

I mean here's the thing is what to Supreme Court actually did Don the Supreme Court said that in those areas where it affects.

National immigration policy.

This stage do not have the right to implement the wrong policy -- so those aspects of the Arizona law would declared invalid.

But they also said that in those -- is where the police and state enforcement have identified I have reason to believe.

A person has been involved -- the crime was committing a crime that they have the right to also inquire -- about their legal status that was essentially what they set and they also said.

That in the future.

That part of the law that they upheld they will be monitoring closely to see if Arizona complies.

And a way that keeps it within constitutional grounds.

But if you listen.

It's all the commentary you don't get that and that of course you're not listening right now but I hope you're enjoying that now allow them to go outside and -- -- I don't have.

-- and go to and a news.

That allowed -- say I didn't wanna interrupt that you know the map but that's but you know you don't wanna.

Our Coach.

-- -- don't know bill there are right about the conversation Bartow.

So -- nobody's talking -- bottom.

But it does Holland and in southern -- yeah and then and then the sad thing is that as a result Don when you said in the beginning why should I can't.

Because we're not having the kind -- proper compensation is somewhere in the middle.

Then most Americans won't they are because they either will be reinforced.

In -- -- position that's pretty strident.

Or they won't hear anything that makes sense to them so they won't care and that you hit it right -- net --
