The president's new amnesty program for young illegal immigrants is going to have serious consequences for all of us.

Now it's no couldn't come at coincidence that is that we get the word amnesty from the same route as amnesia.

Because the president seems to be for getting a lot here like his oath to uphold the constitution his promise to put Americans back to work and here's why.

The Pew Hispanic Center calculates nearly one and a half million illegal immigrants will be allowed to stay here.

Who does this hurt.

Well let's start with the American worker unemployment has been above 8% for the last forty months.

That's the official number.

Over 23 million Americans are out of work or under employed jobs are scarce enough as it is.

This will make finding a job that much harder and even if you already have won it might drag down wages.

But the increase competition doesn't just hurt working Americans.

It hurts our students to illegal immigrants would be free to take -- limited spots -- our colleges compete for scholarships student loans federal and state grants.

Education is already too expensive in this country this will make it even tougher for our students to get the funds they need.

And you know what the damage may go beyond Americans to future Americans the people not lucky enough to be born us citizen but who want to be.

And have been following the rules all along to get there.

It's a slap in the -- for those who've been patiently waiting in line at the front door to get then.

And now let's see everybody else hopping over the back.

That's and here's where it gets really troubling.

The president went around congress for this and they're the ones who control the nation's purse strings.

So the amnesty program won't get any funding because congress isn't likely to open those purse strings.

And guess what there's -- hiring freeze on so.

Existing immigration department bureaucrats we'll have to cope with over a million new applicants with the limited money and staff they have.

It's a logistical nightmare.

They'll have to ration -- so everybody following the rules who pay their application -- -- -- crowded out.

This is a policy from a guy who says he's about.

Fairness.

We can restore an economy where everyone gets a fair shot.

And everyone does their fair share and everyone plays by the same federal.

But he doesn't think he needs to play by the rules and the ones laid down the constitution the ones that require congress to write the rules and the administration.

To implement them.

The president can just make up his own rules and damn the consequences forget about the people who get hurt.

This is the problem at the heart of any amnesty every bailout -- -- warns that bad behavior.

But I'm happy for people to come here legally it's the melting pot that makes America work but this country -- guiding principle equal justice under the law.

With its new policy.

There's no justice.

And there's no law.
