Americans' confidence in several institutions things like the presidency all the way down to.

Public schools well it's steady or -- this year compared with last year.

For our politicians and for obviously for those of us are just simply.

I -- the list was so interesting you know at the very top you know we trust military the most that makes sense of small business was second on the list ahead of police organized religion the medical system ahead of the presidency the Supreme Court.

But small business our hero and at some body you know really close to congress was big business so what is it about those two -- if there -- so if you charge.

I -- small business good big business fat.

I think that there is a very clear understanding on the part of of the American people.

That small businesses the generator of jobs and it is the life blood it is it forms the true.

Direction for business in this country when people talk about business 310 million of us when we focus on business were -- thinking.

Of the massive multi nationals who may or may not have a in a legitimate brand.

Adherence to the United States.

It could be ubiquitous across the globe.

But when you look to the small businesses.

That are that are hiring.

Principally in the municipality which we live group -- the community.

-- -- there's a tighter bond and -- and a greater sense of importance.

What do you think is deriving these confidence levels what is the backdrop.

Is it are weak economy is it uncertainties that all these -- that we throw acting afternoon.

And look at the number of social contracts that have been torn up in our society that I don't wanna go big broad or abstract on you but.

I do think we've got to understand what we have created over the course -- last forty -- fifty years when we started when we changed defined.

Our big corporations started worrying less about in parliament which was the buzz word.

Of the eighties and started talking more about.

Efficiency productivity and competitiveness and and smaller pay payrolls.

The world change for lots of millions and millions of Americans.

Bring it up just today we have institutions that are simply not deliver whether it's the federal government.

In many cases it is local government that is not meeting the demands of the community.

And citizens.

And we're watching alienation from from parties that have moved to group and identity politics rather than.

Self reliance traditional American values.
