And what up the monitoring of social media and Twitter and FaceBook and customer complaints on those which is small businesses -- in that sense.

Absolutely you wanna keep checking really want to listen to what your customers are saying about -- and Twitter.

FaceBook all of those are actually really good tools to find out more about what your customers like and don't like and I actually advocate using that information so you find out that there's a customer it was a huge Chicago Bears -- like I am the next said he -- in with stick and a bumper sticker for the Chicago Bears and say -- hope that the bears have a great season can you imagine if the business did that for you you'd be telling.
