-- back to the president's new.

Deportation.

Fiat.

Just last week the house passed an amendment to block funding break public advocate.

Within the immigration and customs enforcement agency a position created to.

Be an advocate for illegal emigrants going through the deportation process.

My next -- sponsored the measure.

I'm joined by joined by congresswoman Diane black Republican of Tennessee.

Member of the Immigration Reform Caucus and today and a nurses well I wanna get that out there for everybody -- -- are -- about approval of congress congresswoman it's great to have you here you were successful in the legislation.

I wonder what happens to it now sounds like.

President Obama wants to trump you there.

Oh gosh -- you know I just feel like every day we have to take a look over our shoulder and five of us to figure out.

What are -- mockery is monarch -- is gonna do to us next.

Begin to believe that we no longer are represented a form of government the -- founding fathers set us up in.

We just every day wait to see what new thing comes out of.

The administration -- this is without -- threat very discouraging if not an imperial president certainly an imperious.

President.

The idea that he could make this decision we have not heard much I I must say.

In in the way of a strong response from Republicans probably the senator Gramm.

That's sort of a tepid response do you expect that to build some some power over the course of the weekend into next week.

All I think you will see when people start to get the -- -- I know that folks are out in their district visiting with their constituents society do during these work weeks.

And I'm sure once they hear this news we get back on Monday we're going to be hearing a lot about this.

I've already drafted a letter and I'm asking colleagues to sign on to my letter to senate for the president to request that he reverse this decision.

-- once again and and we can go back to the bill that I had.

Well -- the appropriations.

Of Homeland Security to prohibit any dollar's being used for this new public advocate for illegals because when you go back and look.

At what was set up originally for the Homeland Security there's already an -- -- -- For those who are trying to come to the country legally.

The -- fact there was discussion during that time about someone in for illegal.

Immigrants and helping them as -- -- than it was very clear.

That -- this was passed and put into law that that was not the intent there.

There was an argument against this and now this president once again has gone in the back door and just done whatever he wants to do what do you think the American people are going to -- over.

And concern congressional report what do you think the American people must think.

They're being deemed by the president they're being game by -- most of interest today in this country are trying to push forward agenda the American people do not support and anyway illegal immigration.

And got the gain is being -- it's being played by the way and let's be candid about this in both political parties.

We're we're going to see Howard governor Romney responds.

But this is -- this seems to me to be an important juncture when -- president uses the power of his office.

For personal political.

Purpose.

I mean we're in we're in real trouble if they -- the loyal opposition doesn't react.

Well I have said this fall throughout my last eighteen months there -- that we find that this president when he cannot get his way through congress.

Said he just goes around congress whether its own mandate or whether it's on -- regulation.

We see this over and over again and I think that the American public at least what I'm hearing in my district.

-- the people are starting to wake up in the war this is talked about in the news media the more people who are.

Maybe not necessarily paying attention everything that's happening in Washington they're taking their children to school -- soccer practice some wherever.

And they're gonna -- that he's paying attention but they need to pay attention absolutely this is a very important election.

Congressman we thank you very much we appreciate removed always good talking with.

Congresswoman dial thank you -- and I'll be willing to get back barrel Monday and start fighting again and that's what we have to continue to do we cannot give up.
