Intelligence the software.

What we're talking about today and a hello how are you glad.

Very good thing I is Facebook's providing a person to person -- market so essentially.

Why don't you tell us about your what that means to you in your free app which is called Emma and how.

Dot com sure so.

Microstrategy for over twenty years has been -- business intelligence company and so we've helped companies.

Harness their data -- drive better business decisions what we've seen in the last 24 months.

Is really two mega trends one is the mobile wave where we see that within.

Five to ten years they'll be five billion Smartphones and five billion tablets.

On the planet.

And most of those Smartphones and tablets will be used to access social networks like FaceBook.

Now -- FaceBook is up to a billion people the amount of data coming in and out of FaceBook.

And the amount of communication going on FaceBook has become tremendous threat.

Our clients include social networks such as FaceBook and Linkedin.

And so about twelve months ago we started looking at product innovation.

Working with these social networks and how to develop products.

That work with the social networks to actually.

Make a number of different functions better than -- dot com is one of them.

M -- dot com Emma we call.

-- is a name we made up.

Actually it's -- it's an acronym for electronic marketplace right.

And the way Emma came a ballot is that.

We looked at market places today yeah like Craig's list.

And we looked at job sites like monster.com.

-- and we thought would it be great to have a mashup of FaceBook.

Monster and Craig's list which is the best way I describe Emma OK where -- -- and woodlands months stack.

That book Craig list monster.

About it.

Not so suppose you own a small restaurant for bar and you're looking to hire servers -- opposed to going through.

400 Reza -- and then having to interview -- hundred candidates right.

M allows you to exchange -- social profile that comes from FaceBook.

Directly with.

Job interview or recruiter and the and -- recruit so that you can actually get a lot more information out about yourself.

As our view we.

And as an interview were you can actually speed up your hiring process much quicker so it's like an interview on FaceBook.

It's almost like an -- -- But essentially what it is a -- may if you think about it on paper is very two dimensional right.

And people's FaceBook profiles have really become.

For a lack of a better word the personal registry of of a person -- and it's much more robust.

Then.

A simple resonate and then so oftentimes people are using their FaceBook profiles tell them much better -- representation.

They are right OK and then this also works so Jeremy be China.

Find a friend did some wind chill out -- -- take tennis lessons from more.

Who'd hired a picture -- -- Absolutely we've seen it used a lot in social situations for instance.

Especially for charities we've seen a number of running groups formed.

Where people wanna run together to prepare for I don't -- -- America and Iraq.

And they they may want to exchange profiles through FaceBook or people who -- part of a FaceBook group.

Right and use the power -- FaceBook group to find out on Saturday morning in Rock Creek Park here in DC who wants to go for a twenty mile run.

Interest thing.

And -- -- -- some other examples about how it's used.

What we've seen it actually catch on quite a bit in the casting industry up because the casting industry.

For especially extras where you may have a film that shooting where you need -- cast.

Say 800 people and in very short timeframe -- -- obviously you want you wanna cast people for you have a sense of what they look like so and FaceBook you have your profile picture yes which helps tremendously.

And -- the ability to to.

Post and -- -- listing.

For a casting need and yet.

Thirteen hundred responses from aspiring actors and actresses.

In thirty minutes to help you drive your casting.

Is a great an efficient way of essentially -- it sounds like it now about Emma.

-- -- dot com we've done some publicity we run a contest.

That's called the experiences of a lifetime contest.

Where we took.

Three aspiring actresses who shared their FaceBook profiles with us -- 500 applicants.

And we took them to LA.

And got them tickets to an after party at the Oscars.

-- -- -- Well we.

We happen to be going out there anyway for a number of our connections within social and for some other publicity need men and so we structured as a contest.

Really to start to drive the awareness and publicity right but a lot of the way and the has been spreading has been viral way.

Through small businesses and through -- now.

Yeah -- -- and then dot com and it's free right.

M -- dot com is free it is free to less than it is free to transact.
