So while Romney is gaining big bucks from Wall Street -- Obama has been hobnobbing with celebrities like George Clooney.

Tonight he's stopping by Sarah Jessica Parker's house to -- vogue editor Anna wintour sounds fine.

A little bit desperate mean -- might be an inflection point for the president and -- good way here to disagree with me I love it is.

-- this democratic strategist -- Chris thank you so much for joining us you know I gotta tell you so I was online on you know seamless dot com where.

And -- New York orders are -- I'm ordering Chinese food and there's ads all around the edge with president Obama's picture saying.

-- -- three box and you have a chance to win dinner at Sarah Jessica Parker's house and I was like at first thought it was a job.

Because it was such Indonesia border initiative taken donation that way you have to order to get a gun didn't with the right somehow I think I I might not have one that they -- my three dollar donation I also don't wanna get on any list but it's.

My point is that it's sort of it was a little tacky and it smacks of desperation am -- wrong.

-- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- It's a list building exercise you have to the -- -- in the idea behind that is especially you're getting closer -- election -- a bill that email list.

-- campaigned as the same thing is actually a pretty Smart.

And powerful tool -- you wanna make your email list is as large as possible and that election is that really gonna be what fuels.

Your fund raising come the last two months when you really can't -- anymore fund raisers.

OK so the guy is talking you want ordering Chinese -- -- mine is not desperate but.

The I -- not been heard from Mitt Romney I sort of feel like I would naturally be on his list it makes me feel like one guys kind of desperate the other guys feeling pretty -- Well I mean listen in terms of that you're sort of in terms of general fund raising yeah there -- my campaign is doing pretty well.

I -- they -- 76 million dollars that's that is a pretty good.

Fund -- month the say the least yeah and you know but -- -- that being said the Obama campaign did about sixty million that's nothing to sneeze at either but here's the reality.

Whether you -- 76 million or sixty million whatever the numbers are gonna be for the remaining months of near to the election it's not gonna be money that's gonna decide this election you -- it is Citi the account.

-- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- Okay it's -- -- be it's gonna be the economy.

It's gonna be other factors but it's not gonna be refineries and given all -- Chris I think President Obama is in trouble disagree with me.

Well I mean he's got challenges but I think the difference -- the difference areas with Ronnie Ronnie is not sealed the deal.

Mean doesn't have a compelling vision for where he -- take the country I think the biggest challenge the Romney campaign.

Sure you can blame the president by saying he didn't fix the mess fast enough.

But what does -- -- -- -- -- where he wants to the country that is different from what we saw during the eight years the Bush Administration I think that's been the big obstacle.

For the Romney campaign they haven't really gotten over that hurdle and until they do I think is gonna be a really close election.

OK Chris you disagreed with me didn't convince me but I still -- -- -- you come back out.
