Steadily into this -- right I think the Democrats now clear that he's gonna have more money.

Then the president -- that's true but it could be a two billion dollar race.

Who gets the advantage of all that money being spent how do you spend it.

Plot hi I have to tell you that I'm very very impressed sort of scene for governor army so far with respect to the fund raising and having you.

You are heard early on the Barack Obama's gonna raise a billion dollars and now there's not not even I hope that they you they're gonna -- close to that number and not to three quarters of a billion dollars is a lot of money but it's not the kind of dominating performance that you would expect.

-- out of out of the campaign that was that that was running on all cylinders for years and that's not this time are.

You know they're just a minute left and I was -- -- policies as you know sort of turning -- around the governor's side.

What's all this pac money in this billionaire interests and people like your former front close to predict and the prime former -- who's now still for backing I know he has.

Some tomatoes and all these others who are just you know give him money hand over -- as a -- -- and they say.

Though the Democrats -- during this is he's a money guy.

Where the people -- when even.

Well the interesting thing is is that you know I'm I'm not talking about super pac money I'm talking about money directly coming to the candidates and to the to the RNC and the DNC and the average contribution I know from governor around in the past month was you know under -- couple hundred dollars -- so.

We're talking about you know a broad.

You know a swath of Americans who understand what's at stake in this election I said from the very -- in my campaign this is the most import election our country's history I still believe that.

That's why I'm ho -- I'm I'm engage and I think that's why you're seeing.

Many many people who are are afraid that their fundamental freedoms are going to be taken from them for and are being taken from them by this president.

And destroying the economic future of our country in the family.

They're gonna get engaged and involved -- giving money and not the folks who have who have now seen the the destruction that Obama's economic policies have brought upon this -- this country.

A lot of his friends who I gave before are saying no never again because of the consequences of -- policies.

Do you worry though that -- you know it was a little hard fought Republican race.

But that the president is already going back and his party -- To comments you made about the governor Romney during debates -- Gingrich cigarette to his criticisms of the and running -- I know this is standard procedure but there is a lot of good fodder there.

Well there's a lot of good -- between Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton didn't seem to affect President Obama buys a very good in you know that that this.

They you know they they use that during against me in the campaign things that I said you know appraising Mitt Romney -- were thrown back at him repeated occasions.

People are Smart enough to figure out the context in which these things are set I mean.

We were debating about -- the strongest conservative.

There's no doubt that -- that this drug is conservative in this race right now -- Mitt Romney not Barack Obama and not criticisms from my from Rick Santorum.

I don't they're gonna have much -- you know.

Happen senators you get this passion factor -- -- a higher percentage of backers of President Obama.

Passionately support him overwhelmingly supported well I never Republicans obviously back Mitt Romney.

A good number -- do it would holding their nose and and I don't mean to decide critical but.

That there'll be a factor that's all right the past in so far doesn't seem to be -- -- -- Well I've I've made the case -- made it personally to governor Romney that you're not gonna win moderates and independents.

By moving to the medal you're gonna win by.

Generating energy and enthusiasm in your campaign getting people to wanna look -- and support you -- a lot of folks in the middle or in the middle because they're not.

Commit tremendously ideological.

Driven much by issues.

Or is much places they are by other factors and emotion and how they feel about things I think about the -- -- they feel about the country and they feel about.

The direction the campaigns are going in and whether they candidates connecting with them those are those are much more important for getting folks in the middle gonna.

Then not trying to compromise on an issue here in there yeah.

I may -- a rally that pass on the conservative -- is too.

Is to -- as a running mate but conservative guy may be a Pennsylvania senator just.

Let you just want an Italian on the tech and I accepted.

Hamas.

Well I just crazy but -- -- debt would you entertain that.

You know -- answer any phone call this -- -- -- look at -- not that that's not not on my radar screen it's not something that I'm.

Communicating are advocating are or are pulling for -- I've been very clear set up my own organization we're gonna try to you know.

Make a big difference in this election and and and and conservative politics going forward and that's really my focus right now on and helping governor Romney and and and this is importantly.

Candidates for the house and senate get elected.

Well I will say this -- it again not -- you smoke.

I remember those days were known was credited to -- when you work -- continues -- -- -- -- you know hundreds -- remarkable.

Testament to your work ethic.

Well.

It's a great country near you know that this is a great catcher in the great people -- come on the air of course it's a good today are -- -- -- in this system.

It is does America still works and and I feel very good about that all right -- my -- here for and we thank you very much stuff about.

Thank you so much now senator Rick Santorum.
