Taylor the ripple effect of Wisconsin's recall election spreading of Chicago -- two unions getting ready for a fight Jeff Flock is there with details Jeff.

It so worst possible time -- for big labor to be back on its heels -- Chicago teacher's union has a big contract coming up at the end of this summer.

And -- -- they are doing something unprecedented in getting ready for that they held a strike vote already.

Two and a half months out before the end of the contract the teachers met.
