Well the president has said that the private sector is doing just fine.

And he's taking a lot of heat for that astute analysis but he said something else right before that that -- equal scrutiny.

It's his attempt to -- the facts and take credit for a healthy economy.

Let's hear -- here together.

As I said we've created.

Four point three million jobs over the last 227.

Months.

Over 800000.

Just this year alone.

The private sector is doing.

Why.

Aren't so four point three million jobs in two point seven -- A running tally of created jobs as one of the president's favorite statistics.

But 27 month that's a little over two years our president has been in office worth three and a half years so what does -- -- jobs picture look like.

It looks like this not too impressive total nonfarm payrolls for the last 41 months at since Obama was inaugurated.

Back in January 2009 now the president likes to start counting jobs here.

You'll never hear him say in my time -- office back here because it.

The country is still down half a million jobs from when he took over.

And in that time this country is at -- eight million more people working -- eight million more potential employee is half a million fewer jobs.

That's part of why today 23 million Americans are unemployed or under -- that's 15%.

Now the president seems to think he deserves a round of -- plot for 27 months of job growth out of his 41 months on the job.

But compare that to Ronald Reagan's recovery.

81.

Of its first 82 months of job growth in fact when you compare Obama's recovery with Reagan's.

The differences are breathtaking take a look at this so we try to do apples to apples 53 months.

After the recessions started in each case.

In the case of Obama we've lost four million jobs in the case of Ronald Reagan we had gained nearly eight million.

In fact the recovery.

We're creating jobs at the same rate the -- did there would be fifteen million more American jobs today can you imagine that.

So for the present say that the private sector is doing fine is flat out ridiculous.

We could be doing so much better -- -- to boast about his record of job creation well.

Now you know the whole story and there's one more thing -- credit to Ronald Reagan.

The question every voter should be considering today.

Are you better off.

And you were four years ago.

Is it easier for you to go and buy things in the stores and was four years ago.
