With a -- -- the economic recovery in question all eyes are on the Federal Reserve to possibly launch more stimulus.

But in testimony to congress the Fed Chairman declined to signal any new stimulus programs despite slowing job creation the European debt crisis and the looming fiscal cliff in Washington.

If we determine if further action it is at least potentially -- that obviously we have a number different options and -- have to.

Consider each of them and and to cost and benefits associated with them but at this point I really can't -- anything is completely off the table.

Fed policy makers meet next to consider possible help for the economy on June 19.

Meanwhile President Obama is again pushing congress to pass his jobs plan to help boost economic growth.

The plan includes billions in additional tax breaks for small firms to encourage them to higher.

Instead of just talking good game about job creators congress should give the small business owners and actually create most of -- jobs in America.

A tax break for hiring more workers.

But a new survey found small company owners believe that members of congress and the Obama administration don't really understand small business issue.

National small business association survey reported that just 12% of entrepreneurs think congress understands their problems and priorities.

And just 13%.

Said the same of the administration.

That's it for this edition of the small business report I'm Peter Barnes Fox Business Network.
