I think I'm doing pretty well again -- I wanna talk about some of those dollars though because the big debate is exactly how much do women make.
And -- everybody talks about the -- seven cents on the dollar compared to men and women make it but if you really.
This -- it could be different there -- other numbers out there like 86 cents on the dollar when you look at.
Hourly wages because more women tend to work part time -- we have the number wrong Gretchen.
I mean that's the talk about the -- about when he died -- -- data you have women who have taken off time -- -- their family and have come back of course are going to be unless because they were taken out of the end of the employment sector for awhile so there are a lot of different ways to look at the state into by this stayed at -- I think this one woman is just a false war.

And there was also another bill back in 2007 and Hillary actually sponsored and it failed to get go anywhere but we have looks.

I just don't know -- this is -- and let's remember that this is gonna hurt small businesses you know the people are gonna take on less people they're not gonna wanna hire new people look they're afraid that there's going to be all these regulations or that people are gonna since -- flip previously.
And not to me it's like right now the economy is bad enough as it is and in finding a job is tough enough as it is and you know small businesses -- actually create a lot of jobs in the business sector are not gonna wanna do it some it's not gonna help everybody out there who wants a job anyway correction.
