What do you think that's very -- of their deal.

Well -- obviously this is a big victory that will energize sort of Republican activists and and I think that will last for awhile and it will probably caused the Obama campaign to spend more money of Wisconsin money they probably had wanted to allocate to other states.

Whether we'll actually have an impact in November you know -- It's five months.

And move they'll be different candidates different issues -- different -- You know I'm very cautious about these things the -- -- I'm a real party pooper I've always been that way.

But -- now well it's good to have a look a little that clearly it does but -- how to act are Republicans getting out of themselves because.

When I look at these surveys in the popularity to present he's still popular your Larry that's popular now more so than the governor was just -- the recall tonight.

So I don't know whether it goes to the anomaly here the unusual -- -- Wisconsin.

But what do you make it's is that.

Well here's what I make evident -- issued no on the crystal ball first three months we have said walker would win this recalls.

Not -- but likely.

This it wasn't going to be close and we insisted we have a lot of people -- -- -- crazy it's going to be tied as the ticket bullets stop tigers attacked.

Here's why.

A substantial.

Slice of the Wisconsin electorate even including Democrats and Obama supporters.

Thought that there had been enough term more important was concerts -- year and a -- they wanted to put in Intuit.

And they don't like the idea of recalled they think that that should be reserved.

For official misconduct -- decent malfeasance in office.

That's why walker won the recall that's the margin of victory.

I'm I'm wondering.

-- -- What you make of this week dignity to this it looks like all four.

Recalled senators will survive that if the Republicans at any one of the net loss.

It would -- the senate back to Democrats that doesn't look like it's gonna happen to still do -- We know the lieutenant governor survive I mean this is an across the board -- of the table -- -- it for Republicans.

No absolutely and again it's because I think.

This is voters in Wisconsin were sending a message -- now.

Enough already a year and a half of turmoil is enough there's a regularly scheduled election -- 2014.

You don't like the people who were elected in -- can -- mountain 2014.

This recall business that just goes way too far and I said that by the way -- Schwarzenegger what do California.

I don't generally support recall.

But -- -- Virginia -- you know we we just don't like excessive democracy project -- you realize that.

So you're Barack Obama you say -- think what tomorrow morning.

You'd think I'm gonna take a real -- of this city is.

You know because -- could take it from both sides but don't let these.

He is supportive.

Well bear it -- pretty much expanded to a tweak to.

You know eight senate tweet out to I guess -- yesterday.

Urging people to vote for bear it you know Bill Clinton was -- campaigning for -- to.

So we're Barack Obama gonna take it from collapse they're going to be mad that Democrats students spend more that Obama didn't do more.

And of course the Republicans are gonna say hey we've just Wisconsin and play your reelection this board jeopardy than ever before whether it's true or not when you'll lose an election.

You have to endure that that's part of the price for -- to -- election.

All right I'm I'm I'm wondering if you look at this Larry that people are going to like you say.

Extrapolate too much of this but sometimes where.

Where I see a lot of crumbs I I I begin to take them up and that I get a big handful of crimes that I.

I've been looking at these fires going on that date back to the rise of the Tea Party and then.

The victories by Chris Christie ahead of -- -- Virginia.

And that that the takeover of the house that some people thought that would dissipate it eased but it is did like a snowball effect if -- mix might.

Crumbs and snow metaphors here and that that could be significant and combine that with a market that suddenly -- -- an economy isn't that as well.

I'm almost surprised that the president to join the poll numbers he has.

You know well -- join them because the polls or representing.

The generous.

As being a presidential level turn out -- -- like 2008.

It may or may not end up being that way what what's most significant to me about Wisconsin is the turnout this from what I've seen I haven't seen the final numbers but it looks like this approached a presidential turnout maybe it was a few points below that.

We'll have to wait until final numbers are -- Goodness knows -- we can't depend on that exit poll.

-- does sector employers don't just have egg donor base they have omelet.

And I hope that the new sort of innovation that you know deal -- news organizations who paid to that exit poll.

Need to make make them accountable.

For what they did deer numbers word dead wrong it misled the the up anchors and others who were.

Covering the the election and I'm not concerned about re litigating the past I'm thinking about November sick.

If the people who do these exit polls don't improve their methods of doing them by November it's better not to have.

Well you know I could take from that that polls that show the race between the president and and Mitt Romney.

Is tight.

It may be it's not -- at all.

Well it's possible you know it is possible I always wonder exactly how they do these things anyway I've participated in some of them and I've watched.

Some of them and I know -- just.

You don't let me draw the Singapore you'll let me write the questions.

But you'll let me interpret the results and I'll get you any answer you want and particularly -- -- because I like Q.

-- that that bloodiest it is that there are other races going on across the country and while I have you here.

This unique congressional race -- -- -- the district's democratic district Bob.

In New Jersey.

It looks like congress to pass -- Has -- that helped us grow guy handily -- Steven Rothman down Rothman was the Obama back candidate.

-- -- and maybe because he supported Hillary Clinton in that presidential race for years ago.

Against Barack Obama Bill Clinton can't date for him so a lot of people read now a lot of -- -- -- to that what do you make of that.

BI called a proxy fight in fact my headline tonight on Twitter was Bill Clinton defeats Barack Obama.

Clinton defeats Obama the opposite of 2008.

It was a proxy fight.

And you know we've seen this back and forth between Obama and Clinton the last couple weeks -- -- -- areas.

Even tonight -- Clinton's issuing -- clarification on what he says.

And a lot of news program tonight whenever you have a former president issued a clarification after TV show you know.

Things are are confused.

But what you have I think it's I think it's right to interpreted as a proxy fight all.
