And that doesn't mean at the workplace is openly hostile toward women are that there is widespread discrimination to blame.

You're actually right -- and it is that we already have huge federal laws on the -- that the equal rights amendment of 1963.
And the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and what's more I think -- often overlooked in this whole conversation.
It all that valued -- women bring to the workplace the fact is.
Women earn more BA's more and -- MR Ph.D.s and then these days.
Women are increasingly becoming the breadwinners women -- -- leading consumers of everything from groceries to cars.
The fact is that business is one women because they're an important part of the workforce so -- -- artists.
