You know learning about -- in general can be so overwhelming.

I think in that and maybe the best way to do it is to just get women didn't talk about -- -- mean they love and then well I'll quit -- do it.

Well and from -- as a wine educator and I travel around the country educating about -- It really is.

Those returns that I use that I understood when I talked about -- -- -- is it later is it Fuller is -- or elegant as it more supple.

You know is it is it that you know rugged black haired teenager is -- that sleek black dress that you're wearing isn't the feel that you get from draping yourself in Kashmir.

That's me -- them the most beautiful -- this sort of -- lush red line.

Or is it -- on Yardley and you know wearing -- black leather pants and that's you know arresting zinfandel.

So it made sense to me from a silence when -- you.

And that it that's it with a minute gave -- confident -- -- -- they're seeking a little that.

The company that I started a few years ago a lot of the business partner and and it really is it is a community of women who loved one in travel.

And we get hampered -- I gave them and don't be afraid of course April opportunity play.

And -- We get together we have other women across the country and we actively social media -- -- -- to Twitter or where that child.

Go back community we talk about why we educate about -- on our website that the bill that comes.

I we do events around the country and -- -- -- live pure and we started with -- -- are hosting their own local event that well.

But -- -- education and enjoyment.

And this and as you said it's really all about drinking I mean that is the only way you can actually learn and appreciate the winds that your your tasting.

Do you have some tips though for people that are -- for the first time because you know out there's read and -- -- -- -- and -- Yeah yeah.

I read -- again my motto is -- drink what you like and you know that's the -- I'm yes I actually about why he anecdotal -- he noted early in the morning in California.

Out of -- yeah I.

Some might say that started -- -- I -- the -- -- why he thinks he twirled Mellon steps and you really spent a lot of time is sort of looking and why.

-- and now -- yet.

Doesn't know good you know it's -- number of them chances are not gonna take good -- -- -- why didn't we spent a lot of time -- actually -- -- -- -- 201 day.

And and yes I -- -- out.

By the end -- -- to sit at -- time is going to be very impressive you can handle all that bad this time.

Get better and very good but it.

And you really an elephant not in the line and -- -- make some distinction because again you know we can detect at the moment we really don't have a UK.

But hey you know about the enjoyment and ultimately it's about -- -- -- -- -- don't I like that line and again it takes a lot of -- -- to -- Before you figure that out yeah.

There are all these like -- and that you can hone in on your -- -- you know your date your taste buds in.

Is it worth doing -- up like -- home.

Which are again if you know learning about why is -- experiential you can read about it.

You know I think the most effective way to learn about life to travel to -- -- -- and a great deal of time doing that.

I'm I have to rough job roughed up but and that lesson -- It doesn't really -- -- marriage is seeing the -- you know in -- local region of Germany or.

Spending time in New Zealand is on Chicago and hiking and bungee jumping while you know after they think I am so going to the places is a key component learning about it but -- need tasting at the most important part of it and so anything great to get you started thinking that you don't have to spend money instead.

-- -- -- I know that -- you know that's an awesome idea if only you know.

I've -- actually.

I wish I had the time to do some -- that let me ask you -- let's move into the corporates ideal world a little bit.

I know you do a lot of corporate tastings corporate planning things like that teaching people have.

Two -- -- corporate America how that bin has that part of your business been affected at all by the recession and -- if so is it coming back.

I.

Yet to both of its is certainly it's 2000 if that is the big who spoke really.

It you know doing -- event and I don't and I are.

Why Lauren and you know 2007 with sort of the glory years there as people talk about it that the recession -- affected affected let people.

I would spending on why now might give people.

They'll drank -- I'm that the the thirty billion dollar a year industry in the US and it may have increased you know last year 5% -- -- -- in terms of consumption.

So you know -- -- you know a lot of money it still -- he's still doing quite.

Say eat at home -- right it's isn't I don't.

It's more about buying it at a retail store than it is buying a bottle at a restaurant -- I don't know I'm -- -- -- restaurant don't have been increasing as well so people are coming back so yes.

It was effective in terms of corporate America certainly.

And -- You know the -- that cost more than a hundred dollars we've seen a big decrease -- And I'm not sure that's gonna come back for a long time although it you know we're talking about respect Ford hasn't been without a different story -- But you know people are realizing that can drink very very well -- twenty dollars and you know ten dollar twenty dollar thirty dollars.

And that -- -- think like the flash sites that are out there now no way you can buy.

That's become the new black right being able to pick a -- bottle of wine that's like twenty bucks.

-- that's and that's what we hope we do with her to go to help with information that's what I -- when I -- that's my view.

You know when I talk to again corporations and groups one event.

You're going to say you don't have to spend a hundred dollars.

And Italian fine -- that you like and I'm about the life at a I think that's comfortable -- you.

Yeah if there's any trends that you're seeing that you actually are that you like you know there's.

We -- to see synthetic corks we're starting to see wine in a box any good bad -- stay away from some of these trends or does it make a difference.

I think I I don't like synthetic cork and hoping -- -- by the wayside I love -- cap.

I think -- after a fantastic.

-- -- -- And you certainly are going to be seeing more and more about -- anything coming -- from New Zealand and understood cap.

In Australia.

Many many American producers -- putting them understood -- so I.

I think that is the trend that is just gaining momentum boxed wine -- -- -- winds up there there's lines that come by again -- California -- and they all over the world.

I just the container it's you know think of it -- the deep inside that matters.

And a box actually keep the -- fresh -- -- -- -- -- -- electric in the whole thing.

You can go and you know typically don't laugh at the instigators -- better that they thrashed.

Yeah and we look forward and not only.

Four weeks.

Yet at the back in about technology allows the air should be -- potentially kind of pushed out of the added that it yeah yeah and an area enemy -- and now.

And so -- credit that -- that -- that I have.

Yeah but that does not -- -- -- if you think that it would not gonna drink -- -- -- Well bag and put it in my intent to -- -- you didn't doesn't.

-- I think in commodities here -- credit -- -- here.

I -- I let -- -- -- what's your new favorite region.

If trader read -- a huge fan of New Zealand barrel at a huge -- -- need to -- And that we suddenly came back from Natalie thanks Mercado which is where beautiful piano actually it's kind of outlined in -- potentially in the south island.

As a -- Nelson looks good enough when it's sunny weekend in the north portion of the south island and beyond for technique and -- everything.

I -- -- people should go out and try and New Zealand line and they should also check out your website thirsty drug dot com -- You are great and I know we have a new book coming out don't you the adventures of that there is to grow when -- -- -- got -- up.

Wish that will be out I'm -- -- we're we're.
