I think at best spy in London spot at the four seasons this also they did based on what to and a million dollars to renovate -- -- 200 million on the on the hotels -- and actually the four seasons in London was not.

Considered one of the better four seasons it was it was definitely not one of the best hotels in London after this renovation the hotel's spectacular.

And really what set up for us was the spots up on the tenth floor as he got these great views of Hyde Park big band of the London -- it's just a spectacular place.

Yeah I would think London's Bob but but interesting in that the pictures are beautiful all right golf course.

And a -- Wyatt the garden island and Hawaii this is a brand new golf course is -- even open yet.

It is it is open the resort community it's actually a private course.

The community itself hasn't they have done have a lot of homes or anything like this.

But they opened this golf -- -- but Tom -- -- on the top designers out there -- hello it's truly an ally is that how you say that could wheelock cuckoo -- -- that -- through yet.

And my and why is could you live such if you look at it today at the temple.

But it's it's just it's it's an incredible place the kind of combines the best of resort course with -- -- in private country club experience.
