But we hope to quickly take these features to you know middle income senior housing and even low income housing.

Without at this company and others can you do it without government help or you need subsidies from the government to do it.
No we don't need government subsidies and all we're doing this all on -- private dollars.
We're working with major medical organizations.

Columbia University Medical School to perfect these.
Technologies.
And and we're doing studies.
To really prove that these -- -- features have a good impact on people's health status.
