Of course we keep -- that FaceBook its IPO is drawn attention to both FaceBook and social media in general.

Not people are asking the question if maybe the market or just the world in general is being saturated by so much social media.

Even if that is the case our next guest is here to be able to help everybody handle all of that and we're here with -- patent the founder.

And CEO of -- us -- -- really you sort of take it from here that is start up by explaining what exactly -- is what it does.

Yes so banks -- -- banjo to -- banjo was like a location based browser.

And so anywhere that you're at or anywhere that you wanna be you concede the social content from the social -- you mentioned FaceBook and Twitter.

But there's so much noise -- like citizen -- maybe there's too much of it going on but when you put location to.

The context of these social post in the photos that are being shared.

It also makes sense -- -- -- things that are happening around me or maybe somewhere that I wanna be room for example coming up in the Olympics in London we all can't be there.

But banjo let you go to the in the Olympic venues and see all of the content from the social networks being shares he can still be part of it.

Day isn't doesn't he seems hard to manage.

All is assuming you have so many different counts.

I don't have time to log on to FaceBook and then log on to Twitter and then -- on it.

It and they're just so many options out there for social media and it seems like you need to be a part of all of it in order to it.

They you know be be in the know but it's so hard to manage it also how -- -- deal with that aspect of things just the fact of having -- have so many different account.

And one plays -- that's why banjo comes in really handy because this is the whole part of it is that it does it is hard to manage and all.

Become one of the aspects of of -- -- greatest use is that.

You can open a banjo and see the content from these different social networks in real time as it happens.

As it's going by.

-- without having to sit -- Illinois because it picks out what's important for you.

And you don't have to belong to all of these social networks just to get the value out of them.

And that was one of the reasons I started banjo is because if I have to get my friends to get -- all one social network to keep up with them it's impossible for -- they may not like the same social networks as me.

So banjo what you tap into all of the social network that may -- you or your friends are on and get all of that information in one easy place to that you don't miss out on anything that's important -- you.

And it -- -- he's gonna comment from Charles -- big deal who cares if friends our close by or not isn't the point.

Of social media to sort of keep track of people that are all over the place that you can't keep track event he's -- you -- if they were -- nearby.

The so -- it's a good question from Charles.

So this is not so bad just started because I missed a very important connection analyst Charles decide if I was at an airport and I was leaving going back home and a good friend that I served in desert storm with was in the same airport in the same -- -- me.

This is someone we don't keep up every single day with one another on our social networks I mean who has the time for that.

So we were at this one place together but yet it wasn't until we got home we both realize that we -- in an airport that neither of us -- you know live nearby.

We're there at the same time the we -- is important connection.

And so if I got a notification Mike -- would do now that says my FaceBook my Twitter my answer -- friend was nearby.

This is very important I wanna know that because it's actually a very important moment for me to hook up and to talk to the people that matter most to me in my life like good friend that I served in desert storm.

Now what if -- not necessarily in -- location -- you're looking for information.

From a particular location -- mean even in a new stories Lotta times will now turn to social media for some quick access before we can get our own boots on the ground.

To find out what people in a certain area are saying can.

Then just sort of help you narrow -- aspect of things down.

Yet and it does very well because banjo is a location based browser.

And allows you to go anywhere and real time and hear and see what's happening on the ground.

For example a lot of -- media outlets for using banjo and are using bad -- during let's say the the trade on -- case down in Florida and they wanted to be able to see what was going almost a cent to that we -- on -- you can see everybody talking about a -- don't know really who's there who's in -- community get a comforting and you've -- that the that -- -- the topic at least that's right if people use the hash tag that is missing mean there there right but now -- the information is a lot more relevant when you can go to Sanford Florida and banjo.

And let's just say where is here in New York weren't gonna Sanford Florida and then in banjo allows you to search -- putting your interest that we can type in the word trade off.

And everybody talking about typically go in Florida -- in in enough specific count and rate is talking about it and makes it much more interesting again it's sporting events and this week and we discussed them with.

The Indianapolis 500 in the big race NASCAR race in Charlotte in the big F one race in Monaco.

And so millions of fans from around the world watched these events they couldn't be there they can partake of banjo let all these fans know they're in real time.

And see what was going on.

And you have to know limited to location or can -- -- disputed as as an aggregators.

Of all your -- -- media.

Yet so the banjo based upon adding location to the the tweets and FaceBook page post the pictures from -- a Graham.

And so it really is about when you open -- -- -- about experiencing everything that's around you first and foremost and then allowing you to go anywhere in the world you want to real time.

But everything is based and the location based content if you well.

Making it more relevant -- you then say just a stream of of content going by and so what are -- different.

Programs right now that banjo and -- So FaceBook of course -- region Twitter.

It's a -- foursquare linked in Gmail.

And many more -- chose not just.

Here in the US were very global we're used in more than a 190 countries more than a hundred countries every day people are using them to actively.

And because of that there's a lot of social networks outside of the United States now that we're looking at and bringing into -- rich in the people.

Who are using this assay in Europe or in in southeast Asia or South America so this is constantly growing and it's going every day.

And -- we've -- doing to promote it.

Yes so we've been very lucky in the fact adding on other programs like our own accord full.

Of course it shows like -- that are helping us it's also people are sharing this of their friends -- -- every day 203040000.

People share banjo with their friends.

-- so they don't miss out on important connections either and that's been the secret of our growth we don't do.

-- -- -- advertising.

We're up to bottom one and a half million people using banjo and those people have all found out about it.

Either from programs like this or from going to the App Store whether it's -- iPhone or whether it's that and who play on android.

Or you're hearing about it for their friends and I think that's the number one way right now people sharing it and you can you sit on -- Smartphone.

I've had typed in LA so are obviously any computer -- -- that you get there is there is they browser based version of the computer.

The main version of this is iPhone and an android and -- be going to add their.

The phone platforms shall shortly.

We have a response from Charles.

He says that's okay personally it was OK the personally if I'm doing something I don't want to be bothered by my friends and I'd like -- there.

-- -- -- than you think that there are bothering you know are they anyway childlike his privacy and that's sign.

Mike on the other hand says it's nice you can actually connect with a friend by meeting them as opposed to -- Doesn't it yes so.

This kind of product and I'll and I'll I'll talk to Charles about this not -- -- Panetta trends we're gonna we're gonna.

-- does respect your privacy and and its location is something new and social so with that it can be a little scary if you will.

And so how do you get through that with the user to understand.

You know -- chairman location how to get invited locations -- with banjo what's great about it is -- as we really take a privacy seriously you're not sharing your location -- -- -- -- You're able to see everything going on around you see what's.

Where your friends are who are sharing location at the you don't necessarily have to show up and is sleeping little -- no data on a map that people can follow -- and in -- you're not and when you come on the banjo and those people who are downloading banjo right now.

When they come on they're gonna -- -- people around them and think -- maybe my location is exposed it's not not.

Banjo only shows your location when you make the decision to -- doing something public whether that's tweeting or sharing a photo on its program.

Again to the intended audience so for example your FaceBook friends -- around you wanted to keep that maybe within your FaceBook friends so we respect the privacy -- security -- social networks like FaceBook.

So you're not gonna go on on banjo today and see any -- my FaceBook posts only my FaceBook friends are.

But if I decided to share something out Twitter to the whole world there is a -- rather want the feedback then of course you're gonna see that because that made it publicly available.

Makes sense to me each other -- makes sense -- -- And Charles like everybody else commented thank you so much for your feedback please continue to do so as a show continues Damien thanks so much for being on -- really appreciate it thanks for having a really great product.

And now we're gonna.
