I think what's happened in the economy -- there's a lot of people are graduating college and they just don't know exactly what skills and -- educational experiences -- most in demand and young people today -- holes are really viewing their career is almost like there freeagent and they're moving from experience to experience collecting.

Experiences and opportunities and skills they gonna help them long term but what they don't know.

Is which skills and which experiences are most in demand -- our service does it actually gives a score.

Work experience you have and each educational experience you have -- and understand.

What companies are looking for right now and make the decisions that are gonna best position in your career or what skills and experiences our company is looking for right now what is most in demand.

So it varies a lot by region but I would say out here right now we're seeing that engineers in particular are incredibly in demand.

There's there's been such rapid growth among startups in the large technology companies but the -- for back in engineers in front engineers -- as high as it's ever ban.

So right now an engineer graduating school from Stanford or Berkeley is gonna be sought after by fifteen or twenty companies right here in the Bay Area sets a particularly in demand scale it's insane -- You know having.

Yes so today we actually announced that we've signed up ten million registered users to -- just eight months after launch.

What's really exciting is that almost all that growth this happened on top of the FaceBook platform.

So we allow users to do is connect via FaceBook import their friend that -- And as they progress in their career they can share that back with FaceBook so we've grown organically through FaceBook and it's been incredibly exciting because.

Almost all that growth has been from this very young demographic is millennial -- the FaceBook generation.
