What entrepreneur says Bain Capital helped his business succeed he is Jim -- Founder of and -- -- and he joins me now Jim courtesy -- thanks for coming in appreciate it well you know you've seen the ads I'm sure heard the rhetoric about this Bain that.

Is being described as a kind of a greedy vampire that sucks although why -- out of the company's that it takes over.

Does that sound like the -- you know.

No David thanks for having me here as well that that doesn't sound like event I know at all our experience in Serbia.

Has been with the venture capital arm of thought of pain and when I started the company and the -- -- in my house.

In Natick Massachusetts.

In 2004.

We are growing very quickly but we really wanted to scale.

In the kind of a massive way.

So as we started looking at potential options for venture capital companies there are number that were interest did.

Being being kind of went to the the top of the heap because -- their track record.

And -- their talent network so it was you know from from an early stage of -- -- -- was involved in helping us grow our company did you.

Ever -- get the sense that and they were kind of in business in order to strip the good things out of a company and and sell what they couldn't get out as soon as they could.

Absolutely not -- and the venture business -- it's all about growth so you're taking it's early stage companies.

From the very beginning and then surrounding it with talent and money as well but really the expertise.

That -- venture capital company has from doing this over and over again successfully now so what you know -- it was always at a different Serbia.

The that the best studies and I've seen a beta -- there was a terrific study done -- Wall Street Journal about.

For five months ago when it went it was a Republican that was beating up on on Bain Capital of course I was Newt Gingrich.

They said because Bain didn't always succeed is -- is succeeded about 70% of the time.

But because it didn't always succeed and they were it was a fundamentally flawed business model what do you say to that.

I think that's that's crazy there there's risk it in in everything that we do so.

You know good people here and like to focus on the great successes of of private equity and venture capital but they don't see the failures along the way.

So you know 70% track -- is actually pretty good.

All right President.

Obama says that Romney's experience at Bain Capital.

However that American public sorts that out is not gonna help them at all.

As president because -- -- nothing bear would be applicable to his job is present you agree with that.

Absolutely not.

You know look the that.

The private sector 75%.

Of our GDP why wouldn't you want.

A guy with the successful track record of Mitt Romney to be president.

You know our country is it's facing enormous problems then and and Bain Capital and its experiences.

Is skilled at making hard decisions.

And fixing problems -- problems often inherited from other management though that they couldn't make.

So I see the same situation.

In the country now where we're facing massive thought fiscal problems.

And my experience.

That's it shows -- that up politicians.

Our have a difficult time.

Really solving problems.

In in a way that that that that make hard choices and hard decisions.

They're they're more -- to kicking the can down the road to someone else.
