-- young lady labour attorney Craig back up he was a recess appointee by President Obama to the National Labor Relations Board -- Back -- frequently sided with a organized labor he issued decisions that favored the unions while now.

-- the -- in the elevate baca has been named co General Counsel at the AF LCI.

Barbara Comstock from the well forced.

Credits institute is in DC and she joins us now what do you make of this back up recess appointee to the -- supposedly independent National Labor Relations Board.

Leaves to go FLC area and you say.

Well it's it's it's not surprising that a big labor ally who came in and promoted a big labor agenda the pay back agenda for the labor unions that gave 400 million to the president.

And now the AFL CIO is paying back Craig backers -- it's pretty.

The pretty straight line there problem for Greg -- as he never could get confirmed because there was bipartisan.

Opposition to him.

To give his views were so out of the mainstream.

When it came to.

Labor and management he didn't even want employers to be able to speak he basically wanted to impose a gag rule.

I'm employers when it came to you know discussing.

Whether or not -- workplace should be unionized so this is a hugely partisan.

Individual that this address this does there is another side of the story though isn't -- on that side of the story is unions have been losing membership.

They've been beat -- Clinton rotten over the last 203040 years that lost that power and influence.

Real wages in America have come down.

They needed -- unions needed somebody in that -- up from the Obama administration who would support that position.

And on hold on wall basically and Craig -- was back guy.

Sure but his and his decisions that he imposed because he he did through the backdoor what congress wouldn't agreed to -- tried to impose various.

Union friendly union boss friendly.

Agenda items -- -- the workers are responding and workers are responding with their feet and they're going to states like.

South Carolina where not -- you know.

Union head down there was with how to pay -- -- -- that they were beating up on yes -- is an -- Not a governor Nikki Haley and they were using that yeah I don't really -- -- A one hour notice to see this I've got video of it and -- -- about it say this this is South Carolina is a union official.

Beating up a pinata but looks like Republican governor Nikki haley's -- just roll -- for a second.

Okay.

I I find that -- -- up all -- to say the least and you say.

Well I think I you know maybe they may need to go see that movie but we've been recommending for children the bully movie.

Because you see this kind of thuggery all the time but I think Nikki Haley has been one of the great heroes she stood up to the unions when they tried to shut down borrowing.

And shut down jobs in her right to work state.

And I think you just have to stand up for workers and stand up for people who want to be able to have the choice whether or not to join a union or not.

And they have because they've shrunk because they've gotten.

Smaller and smaller because people have rejected -- these union bosses have turned into these kind of bullies and -- kind of behavior but I think it's great that you have.

A strong woman governor down there.

And South Carolina not being afraid to stand up to these -- Barbara Comstock thanks so much for joining us always appreciated Barbara C and soon great to do it here.

Thank -- but.
