The media is dubbing him opt oh dad -- -- is -- 33 year old Knoxville Tennessee resident.

He's -- father of not -- though not twelve but thirty kids with eleven different mothers.

Only making minimum wage is struggling to keep up with child support payments and is asking taxpayers to lend him a hand here away and Kelly thing that.

Family lot attorney Kelly.

What I think it over the story what do you make of this.

It's outrageous I mean it's very socially irresponsible it's terrible for the children taxpayers are very -- -- What is wrong with these women that this second third fourth fifth sixth seventh eighth ninth and and I'm -- in didn't say no.

Well in -- I mean.

I just can't get my mind wrapped around its okay.

So this -- the -- here Desmond action as a minimum wage job which means that some of the moms are getting as little as a dollar 49 a month so ultimately.

The state would not be on the hook for a lot of doubt but should the state pay should government pay for this.

Well let's back up really quickly and I'm sorry it's hinted sort of.

At a little bit but the government is on the hook because you have to assume that -- dad can only pay 149.

Then there's likely welfare involved there is through medical insurance in Oregon there's doctor's visits involved there's free lunches involved.

And -- this sound 49 -- month for some of these women is laughable.

And -- in terms -- him asking for help he's saying hey gimme a break and make 725 an hour and 50% of his gross income.

Goes to child support based on the -- there that's the maximum allowed.

But the reality is this is a burden and lots of people in Tennessee are outraged by events.

Its -- -- isn't the solution simple here stop having children.

You sell and this I was in some interviews in 2009.

And at that point in time we had 21 children.

And they -- to keep having kids he said no land done.

Three years later in nineteen children later -- -- what scares -- he's only 33 I mean he -- arguably procreate for another forty years.

Yet -- hiring with 33 that's what really turned me around on this OK everybody is listening to the story talking to this story it's gone viral.

Do you think people feel like you knew I mean and that it's an -- -- that we should definitely not be subsidizing this kind of behavior.

You know like president on Twitter and FaceBook and every one -- this guys crazy the women are crazy what is the thinking went.

-- to get another job they're saying suggesting should castration become legal can be punished him for having more children.

The answer is no it's not legal and you can't force him to stop having -- But lots of people are angry saying why -- my tax dollars subs and I think his irresponsible sat down.

What we do about this I mean had a practical matter what can the state to.

Because if there's one Desmond there's probably twenty -- there's fifty -- that's maybe different scales be your kids markets who notes.

But but what -- stated Tennessee really do here.

You know I.

Arguably comes back to education -- And while some people may disagree with S accessible birth control because some guy making seven dollars an hour.

Who's now giving 350 of that -- his multiple children.

Easing going to spend his money and appropriate -- -- So that's a possible solution the reality of the situation is I don't think there's an answer and -- a judge forces him to get another job to support his children.

Because if that possibility maybe you won't have as much free time to procreate -- Well I didn't say I think birth control is everywhere and easy to -- added I Baghdad it's about the money.

Kelli thanks for coming on today really appreciate your time interesting conversation banks.
