President Obama stopped by a popular Washington DC sandwich shop.

To pick up lunch for congressional leaders meeting -- at the White House later in the day.

He stuck around for our roundtable discussion with small company owners telling them that loans from the Small Business Administration can help -- It's not -- Make up for.
