Internet -- America about -- Well he made his fortune selling his company blue lithium to Yahoo! for 300 billion dollars that's as part of the sports and he's raised over the years talk about good timing.

He's now the -- CEO of advertising company -- one.

So G zero to go by and I'm grateful you do.

Do you get a sense that a lot of these newly minted millionaires and billionaires.

Are gonna bolts.

Actually I think there's there's two types of people that you probably see a company like this you have the -- type of people that just like to build.

And -- like operate Kendall probably -- But I think that there's also a different type of people that actually will probably want to go and say you know while FaceBook is an amazing company.

I can actually probably change the world in some capacity in the way that people communicate.

And I actually make a difference someone stick around.

And -- been -- for seven extra money but jaded and every 78 years presumably doing just was his -- so now and it they may they're different and so now they've made their money.

You encountered this I'm sure I mean.

What was your what would keep you -- of that debt.

Yes.

Sure I think that there's some of eyesight differently coming up why sort of rating one there -- so many people that actually became millionaires from blue lithium.

That are probably never would target and just because they lost that drives that emotion that dean is an entrepreneur needs to do in a start up and crazy environment.

And I ended up just hiring the people that actually where the crazy ones that -- she wanted to go ahead and create value of that actual and -- create discipline and do that over again and it's.

It's hard to how many would you say hello like.

But there's another group that -- so that time they either had a number and amount that they like and they -- -- -- -- quite happy.

To stop working I think there's an insurance I think there that.

I I think you're right but I think that in Silicon Valley maybe we're just crazy.

But there's actually a very big part of the world here that just believes -- saying hey.

I'm gonna make a -- impact so -- part of something that's an integrating impact I've made the money.

Let me stick around and see what else I can do -- I think Google's a great example I mean look at some of those executives at a -- around there since the IPO.

Exactly it is an engine -- that is it exactly now not -- I took a look at these -- -- -- -- -- selling has the stock.

Was opening up on the street and if we can go back to those -- of either a lot of these guys talked into each other.

And I guarantee GI don't know you're closer to describe -- I -- they're comparing notes on what type oceanfront homes are gonna bars.

Or what where they're gonna get a vacation home or may be very fancy cars about not at all but I think when you realizing just fallen into that amount of money.

Your whole perspective changes doesn't.

Sure but I but I think -- in those employees I mean if I'm sure mark is probably feet feel a little bit.

Apartment at the ones that he needs to go ahead and be a public company.

And natural dollar and is -- natural attrition is gonna happen and that's actually a good thing coming Google -- through that.

And now FaceBook will go through that but that doesn't mean that there's not talent there that's -- maker can continue to make a difference and that doesn't mean.

That there's -- other people that that that they'll be able to hired to make that difference so.

I think people focus too much on the money and they realize oh my god there's these people that are going to be so rich they're gonna stop working -- -- If that was the case Silicon Valley would be as great as it is today because we continue to go ahead and make innovate and build great companies because we want to.

But do you ask when you interview people for your company's.

-- -- you'll figure talking to a shallow so very resistant for the month -- Well you know what I've done this enough for the last thirteen fourteen years so for me -- I can smoke that in five minutes and frankly if if somebody just motivated by money.

I'm not gonna hire them because that's not the type of person that.

I'm gonna go ahead and go through my bad days worth because there's going to be off.

And I think he's in any -- I that I could take you -- that I could says its credit rating as anyone I've dogs are done this long -- -- not yet.

Really we'll -- see about that -- intense all right G is always a pleasure thank you very much for joining us thank you thank you for having me on the show.
