Course before the New York Stock Exchange.

Well President Obama calling on congress to act on new legislation that would give tax credits to help small businesses.

But is the president doing enough to help the sector overall joining me now for this -- small business big -- Gene marks author -- of mark's group PC against great to have you here on this topic what do you think the president is not doing that he should be doing for small business.

It's like it's -- this legislation that he's not proposing is that it's a perfect example of why I really like President Obama and why I could never support.

President Obama's small business owner you know he's proposing to give tax credits for hiring more people.

I have ten people -- my company.

And -- -- over the past five years my revenues have been just flat.

So I'm not growing.

And without being growing or in a growth is scenario I really can't hire more people so.

Whatever the president is proposing giving incentives to hire more people and it's 2% growth economy.

I'm not a predisposition to sort of take advantage of all that.

Which is why don't really support him because I don't think that he understands -- what small businesses need I mean where we're looking for more of a growing economy.

Not more gimmicks from the government to try and spur employment.

It's that 10% income tax credit to create new jobs are our increase wages that you've got ten people you just senator company that's doesn't matter to you that's not gonna probably -- -- -- person -- your company.

If he's accurate as you know what I sympathy either wages I gotta pay the benefits they -- to pay their taxes so even though I'm getting a discount for doing that because I'm being offered a tax rebate.

It's still I'm still out of pocket for doing that now if my company -- 20% and I have more work and I need more people I really don't need the government telling me.

When I need to purchase or hire a person -- when I don't need dire person.

I'll make that decision for myself based on my growth of.

Right now we're not growing up before I let you go okay tax credits there -- lot of spending happening on Washington is as a recipe for disaster your -- Yet -- really as I mean what's happening right now is that we're spending a lot -- and Washington on things they're really not kind of spurring the growth what what I think most small business people want like myself and.

All the people I -- -- around the country as we want -- stable tax infrastructure more policies that encourage.

So again the more work that I have -- the more people like -- higher.

I really don't need the president giving -- trinkets are gimmicks to do that.

Thank you.
