Is trading most retail investors up to this point have been shut out of this IPO.

Until today -- -- -- out has been talking to investors outside -- office right here in New York City and I'm curious that there interest dead.

And buying the stock Diane.

Let's -- it depends on who you talk to even going around talking to people.

All morning and -- -- BIP on the retail level of getting some mixed reviews we spoke to one gentleman.

-- said everybody in his office was in at 7 AM today to try to get the stock for his clients.

We spoke to another gentleman who actually got in on the IPO price but was still worried about how would perform.

In the long term but for the most people seem to be taking a cautious -- they say that they are interested in investing in the stock but they wanna see how it will do over the next few days.

The main concerns that they -- is that the -- evaluation was based more on the hype than it was on the potential growth value of the company they also cited worries about Mark Zuckerberg control over the company and face the ability to monetize with mobile users -- -- one gentleman.

Who said that GM saying that they would no longer about advertise with FaceBook was the main thing that made him decide to hold back.

But again they're not ruling it out all of them did say at least in that group.

That they aren't interested in investing in the company that they want to wait and see how it does over the next few days or weeks down and even -- Charlie Munger and Berkshire Hathaway said.

I don't I'm not gonna invest in FaceBook I don't understand -- but has anybody out there on the street said the U I don't understand how the model works.

Well the other thing that has come -- also -- the privacy concerns so.

As you mentioned you know people don't really -- -- how the company's gonna make money or how the company's going to continue to grow they have nearly a billion users and they worry that that user base is going to plateau and -- FaceBook won't be able to make money off of them.

In the long term they also worry about these privacy concerns and whether or not that would drive people away from this site making it street rather than grow.
