All along they passed this legislation this.

I mean and it's also costing trillions of dollars more than anticipated and certainly it's affecting our seniors it's not doing at all what they promised it would do.
And it stop it's gonna be detrimental to our country.
If this goes through we feel very very strongly about that.
Not only about the bottom line is it's unconstitutional.
Forcing us to -- that.
Well we tell you there's a Catholic university out there today that said it is cutting off its insurance program for students.
Not only because of their ethical objections but also because they see costs rising and rising dramatically.
For them under Obama care and they're just not willing to pay for it.
Is this the first of many who drop coverage.
Oh absolutely absolutely you know I'm all over the state of Florida I'm all over the country hundred businesses saying that -- are not hiring because of this.
Hospitals who have the money to expand -- afraid to do so because they don't know what's going to happen.
State -- university you're referring to his Franciscan university in Ohio a Catholic university and I think they've put it -- -- what they said.
They think they're being forced to -- between faith.
Morality and unjust cost this would triple the cost for their students of health care.
That's unsustainable.
Not only -- they are being forced.
At Catholic university to provide free contraceptive.
Contraceptives and that's against their religious beliefs -- not really isn't violating the the tenth amendment but now they've taken it down a level to the First Amendment -- Obama care.
Forcing people religious groups tipped to participate in banks that they don't believe then.
And -- -- suing the -- you know act Pam they told us that we're gonna be able to keep our health care coverage don't under Obama care troop.
-- You know if well it's gonna change -- the problem and we don't know what's gonna happen and then then just as Nancy Pelosi said while we have to pass the bill before we know what's and it.

But again the bottom line as attorney general for the state of Florida.
Is this is unconstitutional.
There is no case anywhere in the country that says that they can force us to purchase this product simply by being here and talking.

In New Jersey they said were not even creating an exchange even though we got federal dollars to do it what's going on in Florida -- well.
You know in Florida -- blessed to have governor Rick Scott and he is that he's standing up for this he firmly believes it's unconstitutional.
And in Florida you know we're gonna have a decision by the United States Supreme Court in June.
And -- -- aware -- -- very thankful for that that because we need finality we need to have a decision.
But we have -- government in Florida where tough we're standing up and we're fighting this and we're saying that we are not participating.
In a program that we believe is unconstitutional.

Well you know you're involved in the big program leading a task force right now to look at the growing problem of a babies that are born born addicted to drugs.
What do you do about it how serious is this problem.
It is -- it is such a huge problem in our country and thank you so much for bringing this up because.
Pregnant women need to know and at all children's hospital and sit and saint Petersburg Florida alone 30% of the babies they're going -- -- you neonatal intensive care unit -- -- addicted to prescription drugs.
East Tennessee hospital in Knoxville they get a snapshot on one day 68%.
Of the babies and -- neonatal intensive care unit.
Where they are born addicted to prescription drugs still in Florida we passed some legislation.
This past session and what we're doing is we formed a task force.
We wants -- flock of flattered to be the model to stop this in the entire country.
We've got to educate these women so many doctors and -- ecologists are telling us that these women will say I've quit drinking.
I've quit doing drugs but because it has the word prescription that it.
They don't know the harmful effects that it could have on their unborn child and I'll tell you I went in one of these hospitals it will change your life.
